Do you want villa vibes in the Valley? Gorgeous sunsets across grape vines? Relaxing by the pool enjoying the wines of the region (and local winery)? And off the traditional path where you feel like the week/weekend is only yours? This location, house and property is the spot. We hosted a family gathering and anniversary dinner here with friends and everything was stocked for our time - the pantry, the event hosting and the wine tasting. We loved the close proximity to downtown Healdsburg and easy access to Windsor, Santa Rosa and the rest of Sonoma county. Our hosts were amazing and made our time special. Highly recommended and welcome a time where we can be back (or be invited back!). Book it!

The owner, Karen, made us feel so welcome like it was our own home for 4 days. The house was spotless and so much space both indoors and our for our 3 generations. 4 little ones spent their time either in the pool, out on the lawns playing ball, playing board games at the kitchen table or watching TV in the family room. The house is so comfortable, the views incredible and 5 minutes into Healdsburg. Thank you Karen for your hospitality.

Wine getaway

This was the best home we have ever rented! The experience was seamless from communication with the host to a fully stocked house with everything you will need to cook or relax in a beautiful wine country gateway. We loved it! Can’t wait to go back!

Even Better Than the Photos

This place is excellent. Karen was such a lovely host, and property manager Alexa was so helpful. The photos really don't do this place justice--it's so lovely. A peak moment for me was watching a hot-air ballon on the horizon from the shower window on our first morning there. It was just magical. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The house has all the amenities. We were able to heat the pool so the kids were swimming all day long in the middle of February. They had a blast.We had a great birthday celebration with family and friends. Karen recommended Sonoma County Catering, and working with Heather there to set up the details was very easy. Fernando was our chef on the day of the event, and he made delicious food for our gathering. We rented tables and chairs from Limerick Lane Winery, and we had a really fun wine tasting there on the day we arrived. Andy at Limerick Lane is the best! The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to have a little more nighttime lighting around the pool area. That's really it--everything else was perfection.If you've found this place, you're in luck. Don't hesitate--book it, you'll be glad you did. Thanks for everything, Karen and Alexa!

Perfect Getaway – A Home Away From Home!

Our stay at this VRBO property was absolutely fantastic – truly a 10/10 experience! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the home was designed with guests in mind. It didn’t feel like we were staying in someone else’s personal space; instead, it felt like a beautifully curated retreat made just for us. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The house was spotless and had all the important amenities you’d want in a home away from home – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cozy living spaces, a lovely outdoor area and amenities, amenities - amenities! Everything was exactly where you'd expect it to be, making it easy to settle in and relax. The location couldn’t have been better – close enough to town to enjoy shops, dining, and attractions, but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. It was the best of both worlds. What really stood out was the management. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating, ensuring every aspect of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one set a new standard. It was more than just a place to stay – it was an experience. We would move in if we could!

Incredible stay

We all enjoyed our stay at the remarkable Limerick Lane Estate. Spacious house, great communication, incredible vineyard and sunset views, and a relaxing pool and hot tub. You couldn't ask for more in Healdsburg's wine country.

Family vacation

This is an exceptionally beautiful property. Really. The house is also extremely spacious and gracious. The design made it easy for us to share meals, stories, and play family games together. The pool was beautiful, the hot tub was warm and wonderful. The furnishings and kitchenware were also extremely nice and thoughtful. We look forward to returning in the future.

Healdsburg Retreat

The property was secluded, spacious and family friendly. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. It was a 8 minute to the Healdsburg Square. Very close to numerous wineries. We had a wonderful time.

Great Stay!

We had a group of 8 friends stay at the house for my 30th birthday and had an amazing time! The house was spacious, beautiful and well located. Very close to downtown Healdsburg. We also had a small party on Saturday and the hosts were great in helping us prepare. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect stay

The location and home provided the perfect wine country vacation for family members of 10. The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We arranged a dinner under the olive trees which was organized by the staff. Exceptional! The setting near the vineyards is spectacular. We also enjoyed wine tasting at Limerick winery. Amazing property in every way.

Lovely graduation celebration!

This was the perfect setting for our mothers/daughters wine trip! We had plenty of room to spread out (8 of us) comfortably. The grounds, landscaping, vineyard are simply spectacular! The house is well equipped with all party essentials like a nice big kitchen, beautiful pool and hot tub and seating. We had great communication before, during and after our stay. We also loved that we felt very safe and private! The location is perfect for all Healdsburg area spots!

Wine trip with friends

Beautiful property on a nice location just to the east of the 101. 5-10 minute ride to downtown healdsburg and plenty of open space to bbq, play lawn games or lounge by the beautiful pool. my friends and i love to cook so the kitchen was well appointed and the pantry decently stocked. Highly recommend for big groups

Fabulous

The Estate House was our own private, tranquil resort with marvelous views and lots of room for our group of 8 to enjoy camaraderie and also solo relaxation. Karen, Andy, and Alexa communicated promptly and often from initial inquiry to checkout. They grocery shopped for us and delivered our wine order to the house. Andy poured lovely wines for our complimentary wine tasting out in the sunny vineyards and recounted the history of Limerick Lane’s founding and winemaking. Focusing on exceptional Zinfandels, Limerick Lane also produces blends and beautiful white wines. Kids and adults alike loved the heated pool and spa and spacious patio areas. We felt like special guests.
