"This property was just what I needed for the 5 days of training I had in near-by Sebastopol. After a full day I was so thankful to return to the quiet, comfortable and peaceful apartment to make dinner and rest. The couch was my favorite, so cozy! The kitchen was stocked well enough for simple meals and even had a little toaster oven! There was a little trouble getting into the house but Cynthia was quick to get back to me and get me inside. "Awesome tiny home set-up. My wife and I really like the functional layout and the comfort level, as well as the additional amenities with the fire pit and hot tub. Check in was super easy and as was communications with the host. No major issues. Although the location is next to the highway, it's also inside a pocket at the edge of the forest and that makes it feel secluded/private, in a good way. We'd definitely like to return someday. "

"One of our favorite vacation rental properties to date! Glenn was friendly with great communication. The home itself was perfect for our family and the attention to detail really made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean, cozy, well-furnished, and thoughtfully appointed, we had everything we needed! (Even the puzzle we forgot to bring was there on the ottoman should we desire.) We would happily return and hope to do so before too long! "
