"We had such an easy booking and fabulous stay at Kentucky Lake, one of the largest man-made lakes in the world (there's a statement). We were so pleased with our stay. "We sibs and spouses ejoyed our 3 night get away. The house accommodated us well. We did have some rain time so the pool table, games, and theater room was perfect. It was very secluded and quiet. We just wanted to relax , eat, and visit. We had lots of laughs and made memories."

"Heron's Rest was the perfect spot for a lakeside getaway with friends. The house is beautiful with a large porch, and the fire pit was nice too. The pool is a short drive from the property, but was more than manageable. Highly recommend booking a stay here."

"We absolutely loved everything about the Barge Inn. A lovely place at a beautiful location. The golf cart was definitely a huge help since we spent a lot of time at the beach and we stayed as a family of 7. The owners are very attentive and always strive to make your stay the best possible. We loved the porch and the overall feel of the house, everything was very clean. The Internet was fast and the kitchen is well equipped! I even baked a birthday cake there ! 10/10 recommend "
