This lovely cottage style home is located in a well established neighborhood in downtown Hazard. It is perfect for guests coming into town for work, family gatherings or a weekend away. The home will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests & pets are welcome too! This location is 10 minutes to ARH, 5 minutes to HCTC, & surrounded by areas for hunting, fishing & trail riding. The home is also located within an hours drive to the Red River Gorge, several lakes, ATV parks, mountain bike & hiking trails.
The Space: This home was built in the 1930's and has lots of character and charm. The decor is fitting to the cottage style and guests will love the coziness and comfort in every room! This home offers three bedrooms and one bath. Each of the two guest rooms has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed. Thus, allowing up to seven quests to sleep comfortably. A favorite area among guests is the screened-in back porch which is the perfect spot for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee and gathering with family and friends. The house has a small side yard and the driveway will park up to six cars. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm with no distractions.
