Was looking forward to the hot tub after a long day, but it was out of order. Some things, like the heat enclosure, were damaged in the room. Nice staff.

I may have encountered my first Roach Hotel. Was greeted by a scurrying critter when entering the room. Searched the room. Didn't see anything else. Saw 2 more in the morning. No thank you!

The room was very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. For a hotel bed, it was comfortable. We were too busy to swim, but the pool looked great! Hot tub was out of order. We took advantage (enjoyed) the breakfast that was included. We would stay here again. And we would recommend this place to family and friends!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast, clean facility. Room needs some major maintenance- radiators falling off the wall, sink leaks significantly, things like that.

Location was really good, other than that will not stay here again. With all the options available, this should not be considered. Toilet ran all night, bathtub dripping and brown stained some of the shower/tub. Pillows were no better than old flat cloth. disappointed with Wyndham and the condition of one of their properties.

The stay was just ok. I felt like it was overpriced for the room. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, the bathtub did not drain you stand in a couple inches of water while taking a shower. You could barely see out the windows they were so dirty. The mattresses were not comfortable, neither were the pillows. The room had a slight odor to it. I would not recommend this place to a friend. The best thing about it was that it was walking distance to restaurants, shops, gas station and bars.

The room itself was clean and the bed was firm(which some in our group liked). The shower drained slowly and the curtain was to long for the tub. The toilet could use a new seat and a stronger flush. Room 211.

This is a motel, but it is all new inside and it is clean, plus you have to consider you are in Hayward :)

Nothing good about the property. The maintenance has never done walls. Everything‘s fall off peeling refrigerator. Freeze shower is disgusting. It would burn you. It was just nasty. Never clean. Worst place I ever stayed.

Do not stay here. The door stopper and deadbolt on our door were both broken, and we found 3 roaches crawling around the sink and bathroom. The sink was loose and barely worked, and has been leaking for awhile as evidenced by the water damage under the sink.

The room had cockroaches, and when I spoke at the front desk lady about it, she made me aware that she didn’t know that there were cockroaches there, but that they spray for them. When I asked her why she would want to rent out that room with cockroaches she rolled her eyes and said we spray. She then went and got the manager who didn’t care either. He made a comment about how they inspect for cockroaches. He then informed me that he was not gonna be able to do anything about my stay and that he would not give me any sort of refund. I understand cockroach is getting into a hotel but what I do not understand is how they know they are there and they still rent out this room. There are many other negative things about this hotel, which I was just gonna chalk it up to price and let it go but the blatant irresponsibility and health concern I cannot ignore.

We had a group with 4 rooms. The room inside hotel was decent. The 3 in the bungalows outside were awful, 1 smelled like piss and had no hot water, 1 tub leaked all night and noone came to fix it, 1 bed was dirty, all of them needed updated badly. Wasn't able to change rooms due to busy weekend. But if I have another option I will not choose this again.
