"We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again!"

Also, having a better quality paper towels(Kirkland brand at Costco for example) would be nice. I’m picky so attention to details are important. "My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....
