"No control over the heating, only one radiator working ground floor, upstairs hallway radiator not working, boiler kicked in at random times, en-suit shower room, riser rail and door broken. Main TV in lounge very hit and miss, May sleep eight people, though lack of seating in lounge, very sparse kitchen equipment, our waste dustbins were half full, more importantly there were no contact details, or information pack."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned."

"We stayed here for one night after a day in Winchester. A nice enough hotel, with staff pleasant enough. The room we stayed in was small but well kept. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly. Further, there was no air conditioning, and the room we were in at the bottom floor was next to a busy beer table and had lots and lots of mosquitoes, meaning we were bitten to heck! I’d personally avoid this place and find an...

"Excellent breakfast, with lot of choice. Same for meals in the evening. Friendly staff. Seating would benefit from seat pads(bedrooms & bar areas) Bedrooms - clean & comfortable...nice if hot chocolate was an option...also biscuits."

"The Copper Beeches is a 15 minute walk from the South Downs Way. I received a very warm welcome and my stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much. "
