"Checking in all OK, although immediately met with many, many cobwebs around the covered framework and doors/windows of the covered lobby. Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable. Close to shops (Lidl, Asda etc) and a short drive from beaches and the train station for St Ives. Five of us stayed comfortably here and the host was excellent with communication for any queries we had.
