We absolutely loved the house😊 it was perfect for our family and anytime I had a question Jennifer responded right away and took care of what we needed! We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it!

Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Wonderful views of the lake and mountains, with easy access to all that Lake Chatuge has to offer. Balcony and fire pit area were great for gathering in the evenings. Access to kayaks, stand up paddle board, and large tube very much appreciated.

Weekend Family Time

This place was fantastic great space for Adults, teens and toddlers. Comfy beds, nice big porch and front yard for some football tossing time. Nice fire pit for family bonding. Will definitely be back 😁

Beautiful home, beautiful view!

This house was the cutest place, with an amazing view! The rooms were so spacious and the beds super comfy. My family and I had the best time, and we’re obsessed with the decorations and style of the house and all it’s features. Our host was also so communicative, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Family Christmas Vacation

I brought my family to enjoy a little getaway and we were thrilled with this vacation home. There was 9 of us and this home had everything. Spacious rooms and very clean when we checked in. My girls enjoyed the large front yard. I enjoyed the view from the porch in the mornings. Fire pit was enjoyed by all of us. I will definitely look into booking this home again in the future.

Landfest 2023

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view of the lake! Easy to get into property. We had 2 on canes this year and it was great having 3 bedroom upstairs. Nit used to cooking on with gas, but it was eas with the stove here. Just wish it was a little more in the mountains and a little more secluded. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great location SO peaceful!

My husband and I had our kids and grandkids stay with us for Thanksgiving weekend and we all REALLY enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the house was super clean and the porch was a huge hit for reading and napping and watching the sunset. Communication with the Host was easy and the house is close to three different quaint little downtown areas and of course the lake! The location is quiet and lovely and exactly what we all needed to unplug and spend time together. Highly recommend!!!

FANTASTIC space for special family time!

3 generations had an absolute BLAST in this sweet space that felt like we were in a home, not a sparce / stale rental. We unloaded our supplies and got straight into playing games, running the HUGE yard with freeze tag, frisbee golf (we made our own targets), family football, cornhole, s'mores at the fire, time lazily visiting on the deck with a gorgeous view of the lake. The appliances and supplies were top notch. Bedding was perfect...everyone was more than comfortable and had plenty of room. Such a great time! Everyone asked if we could please come back again.

Beautiful mountain view home.

Our large family of 13 had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The house was very clean. The property had plenty of space for all of our family, including the front yard which was great for lawn games or just running around. The views from the back of the house were breathtaking. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen, which was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered my questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our children and grandchildren will always remember this great vacation and that is what we hoped for. The house was perfect!

Great house! Great experience!

This house was impeccable! It was incredibly clean. I kept telling my husband we must be the first guests to have stayed since everything is so clean and fresh looking! The porch and view were stellar! We would look forward to getting back to the house at the end of the day and felt like we could relax as this house had all of the comforts of home! We stayed with twin 3 year olds and a 10 month old. The house was very kid-friendly and gave us parents a sense of ease that the kids were safe and could play freely. We also brought my in-laws and the layout of the home was perfect. They had their own space downstairs, while we had upstairs. This is the perfect vacation home for young families! We already looked to book our trip for next summer!

Great Short Lake getaway

Really cute lake house with beautiful yard and view of the lake. The house is kept really well. We did have few issues, very minor, like the air conditioning is touchy. The downstairs was freezing and upstairs the living room was good but the bedroom on either side of the house was either warm or cold. We made do with it and it was fine. There is grave yard right next of the property that sprouted interesting conversations b/w family and kids but it should be mentioned in the listing. The Kayaks were wonderful but getting them on the car and riving to the closet launch point was a bit of a Hassel. Once we made it to the lake it was amazing!! Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a quick, simple, beautiful views and updated get away.

Weekend Getaway gone great!

We had a great experience renting the house, we were very pleased with all the amenities in the house and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitely try to rent this house again in the future.

Can’t wait to come back!

This home is very spacious and so cute. It had everything we could have needed and the beds were very comfortable. Hosts were so sweet, more than accommodating, and quick to reply. We did s’mores in the fire pit and chased fireflies every night in the huge front yard. We saw deer every morning and breathtaking sunsets from the porch every evening. We visited Jack Rabbit’s public beach daily to swim and rented a boat from Boundary Waters Marina for a day to explore the lake. There’s so much to see and explore in this area. Overall, the home and lake are both incredible and we can’t wait to return.
