The Space:

Entire lower level of a waterfront estate — completely private with its own separate entrance. You're not sharing anything with the main house; this is your own self-contained sanctuary.



Two queen bedrooms with lake views sleep up to 6 (one queen has an additional sofa bed for flexible arrangements). One bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Full kitchen, comfortable living area with chaise sofa and smart TV. Everything is thoughtfully appointed — designed with the same care as the main house above, not an afterthought.



Note: Multiple stairs are required to access the main entrance. We recommend this property for guests comfortable navigating stairs.
