Is clean with a fully functional kitchen and outdoor grill. There is a laundry for our use there also. This property is close to downtown in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. "Was a very nice apartment in the old home. Was in the historical district so very safe and easy access to any events/shopping/restaurants. J.P. was always available for any questions/suggestions. Had a little trouble with the Induction cook top so l used the crock pot & air fryer that was there more. Maybe I'm just not used to Induction or more detailed instructions would help. Pool looks very inviting but I was there during record lows so I only took advantage of the many outdoor seating...

"OK, stay... I would have to say the outside needs to be cleaned up significantly. The kitchen trash can didn't have a trash bag In it. Not one single coffee cup. Not that, that mattered after discovering that we had no coffee, no sugar, and no creamer. They had chips and cookies that looked very old. The sofa was far from comfortable, also falling apart.
