Even better than advertised!
This is one well organized, very well supplied, very lovely home. The owners are so generous that they even asked and provided breakfast foods we like that were there for our arrival. We had questions a couple times and they responded immediately. I can't say enough good things about this rental!

The place to stay on Maui
We had one of the best stays in this cottage. It has everything and more that is necessary for a pleasant time. Location is excellent, very close to the beach with the best snorkeling experience we had on Maui. The cottage itself is very comfortable, the whole time we felt like in a paradise. Will book again next time and recommend for everybody.

Maui cottage
Great cottage close to the beach. We loved all the well-screened louvered windows that allowed a cool breeze to constantly flow through the house. Well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the beaches. Short drive to Lahaina. Ocean views, large lanai. Great place!

Happiness
The safety of being in a community with the privacy of a cottage. We were very content here. It's spacious, the views are beautiful and it's centrally located to get everywhere. Definitely a feel good spot.

Doesn’t get much better
From the morning birds and breezes to the lanai dinners and sunsets and everything in between, this cottage is just wonderful! It’s quiet and the beds were super comfy. Didn’t need any A/C (fans and cross breezes were plenty) and the house was fully equipped. I can’t thank you enough for 12 nights of bliss spent with my family (myself, husband, and 2 teenage sons). We will be back!!

Gorgeous Cottage
We had a lovely stay in the cottage, it is so well stocked with all the essentials, we loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. Awesome Maui Trip
Had a wonderful stay. Great property and an excellent location. We enjoyed walking down to the beach each morning, great snorkeling right across the street, and short drive to Lahaina. Highly recommended.

Great spot, better hosts
This place was wonderful for our family. Very short drive down to Kahekili (Airport) Beach which had all the sand, reef, bathrooms, and anything else you could need. We saw tons of fish, turtles, and even a couple octopuses out snorkeling. I like to run so there is were lots of options right out the front door. Sunsets from the lanai, pool steps out the back door, all kinds of fun plants and trees cover the property and were lots of fun to look up with our kids. Hosts were really fantastic. Can’t say enough about their responsiveness and eagerness to help. They were wonderful. One thing to keep in mind is that the place doesn’t have AC. We actually purchased a window unit at Costco when we arrived just in case we needed it, but we managed to stay cool enough that we returned it unopened. All the windows open and they have lots of fans. Mid summer, which is when we were there, is probably the only time this may be an issue, but even with days in the upper 80s we were ok. We loved the place and hope to return. A big thanks to Suzanne, Carol, and Andy, all of whom were super accommodating and helpful.

Wish we could stay longer!!
We had a great trip! Property is in a perfect location, clean, roomy and has so much to offer! A lot of extras included (boogie boards, bikes, coolers, extra towels for beach and pool). Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. If you have a car, so many other options 4 miles either direction!! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Fantastic Maui Experience
This house had everything, and it was close to beaches, shopping, running trail, and grocery stores. The owners thought of everything! I was a little worried about staying in a house without air conditioning, but it turns out we didn't need it. Sleeping was a dream on the very comfortable master bed. We would love to return to Maui and stay here again!

The perfect place to stay
We loved our stay in this great cottage. It was in a fantastic location and had all the amenities we hoped for. The local beach is gorgeous, and the notes from the property owner helped us find great walks, produce, etc. This was a great place to stay for a family of four.

Escape the Chaos
Great cottage a short walk from a wonderful beach. Much quieter than a resort. We were worried about no A/C, but was no problem at all. Great cross-ventilation, so open things up when you get home and it's pleasant in a few minutes. Spacious, with two bedrooms and two full baths, the second of which is pretty small. Awesome lanai or patio, which we used every single day. Lots of beach equipment and a pantry with some staples, also games, movies, extra towels and pillows. All kinds of things to do. We even hosted dinner for some family members one evening. Wish we could've stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Hidden Oasis
Love the house, it's decor, amenities like bikes, beach gear, and the lanai, and view. The property is hidden with lots of privacy. It has more of an Hawaiian feel than the mega resorts on the beach. It's a 5 min walk to a great beach. Host was great at communicating with us.

Beautiful, convenient and quiet!
We absolutely love the International Colony Club because it is so quiet and peaceful. Close to everything but not in a busy resort. The cottage was clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, close to the pool. Amazing!

Amazing experience - can't wait to return
Everything about this trip was wonderful, starting with the great communication from Suzanne. We stayed in close contact so we knew exactly what to expect upon arrival and we were in close contact throughout the trip for any questions. The "Maui" guide they put together was very helpful and gave great suggestions for getting around. We brought our 2 boys, 15 & 20, for their first time to the islands and they loved it. The home was the perfect size, the location was within walking distance to the beach, and we had all the beach equipment we needed. The fans and shutters helped us let in the island breezes and stay very comfortable throughout the trip. The times we stayed around the property and enjoyed the pool we were treated to great new friends from residents and fellow travelers. A huge thank you to Suzanne for helping us enjoy one of our favorite family vacations. I wish I could give 6 stars :-)

Perfect cottage for families
Suzanne was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. This cottage has everything you can possibly imagine! There is no air conditioning but we never felt hot and the breeze that flowed through was so relaxing. The kitchen is full sized and was great for making meals. There are several beaches in the area and the roads around the place were very easy to navigate. We will be staying here again on our next trip! Thank you so much for providing a place to stay that made everything perfect!

Delightful Piece of a Tropical Paradise
This was my third time to Maui and my second time staying in International Colony Club (ICC), can’t seem to think of why I would want to stay anywhere else! My other half simply fell in love with the location of the property and the cottage and it’s tropical setting. Cottage 19 is a delightful piece of paradise, a cozy fabulous cottage, well-appointed within the greater ICC tropical paradise. Both ICC and Cottage 19 are great for those who want to avoid the high-rise cookie cutter crowded resorts and being shoulder to shoulder with other people. We so enjoyed the privacy and quiet on this lovely maintained property; waking up to the symphony of the multitude of birds and soft hush of a cool Hawaiian breeze. We drank coffee every morning on the lanai enjoying the tranquility of our surroundings. We took advantage of the amazing beach access and other close amenities. We enjoyed using the grill and cooked in almost every night to avoid the crazy restaurant scene, given that many restaurants were not taking reservations and wanted everyone to stand in line! Needless to say, Matt grilled/cooked me a fabulous birthday dinner, which we ate on the lanai, enjoying the gorgeous sunset. The owners, Brian and Suzanne were extremely responsive, a real pleasure and very easy to deal with. They were also very accommodating, when Delta changed our flight, which was beyond our control and allowed us to have a late departure was very much appreciated. We highly recommend cottage #19 and ICC, you should give this one a try… you will thoroughly enjoy your stay and we will happily stay there again!!

The Perfect Hawaiian Cottage
ICC19 was perfect. Everything from location to the cottage itself. The cottage is spacious, incredibly clean, and has all the amenities one could ever need. There is a large covered lanai and a great outdoor area to do laundry, hang and dry items. The location is ideal. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy access to hiking and biking trails above. Communication with the owners was above and beyond. Everything from booking our stay, to answering our questions and to making sure we had everything we need. In all our stays in Maui over the last 11 years this by far was our most enjoyable.

Awesome Place
Our family really enjoyed the cottage. When we walked in we discovered it was even better than the online listing. It’s such a neat little bungalow with tons of character and comforts. The beach toys and chairs were a great touch which made things even better. The grounds are beautiful with flowers and trees. The units are spaced out nicely so each place feels private. It’s a very short walk to a great beach and a short drive to whalers village with shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Loved Cottage 19!
We throughly enjoyed our 10 day vacation at this wonderful property! This was a very comfortable cottage for us. We had so much fun here with our daughter, son-law, and three year old grand daughter . We were so pleased with the location near the lovely beach park and quick access to this part of Maui. The cottage is extremely well-equipped with all the beach toys for a variety of activities, along with plenty of beach towels, beach mats and even a beach umbrella that we put to good use. We didn’t use the four bicycles, but they were easily accessible and ready to go. Communication with Suzanne was so nice to help us prepare for the trip. Onsite we had good communication with Carol. We were disappointed that the pool close to our cottage was not heated and was too cold for us to use, although it was nice to sit out there. We heard from other guests that it is usually warmer so we hope that is the case in the future. Fortunately we found the other pool at the other side of the property was heated and at a lovely temperature. It was never crowded and often we share it with only a few other guests of the complex. We swam there everyday and our granddaughter made great progress on her swimming skills. She had a delightful time there! We ate most of our meals at the cottage and the kitchen was well- stocked with some stables and cooking equipment. We appreciated that so much! The only other issue we had was that some maintenance on the shower had to be done while we were there, but the repair people were very nice and considerate of our privacy. Carol who is the on-site manager was very helpful in getting this issue resolved. Above all this is a great property for those who want to avoid the high rise resorts and large crowds of people. We so enjoyed the privacy and quiet on this lovely maintained property. My one tip would be to bring a night shade eye mask because the property security lights on the other side of the walkway do shine in the bedroom windows. We would definitely like to stay at Cottage 19 again! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property.

Best stay in Maui!
Third time Maui, second time ICC- best time ever! This place is clean, has everything you need ( chairs, umbrellas and even bicycles and paddle board, guidebooks, tips, board games, if you like). The pool is practically in the backyard ( in a good way). The home is updated, modern and great size ( we were two couples). The beach is just up the road. Can’t get better. Suzanne is great - emailed us with all info in advance and had no problems to need to contact while there. We left some of our faves/tips in the guest book :) We hope to be back! Thank you Suzanne!

Fabulous stay!
Our family of four really appreciated the space and layout of this fabulous cottage. The enclosed lanai was our favourite room in the house and was where we spent the majority of our time. The cottage is equipped with absolutely everything you may need for both cooking and beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated having the huge cupboard full of spices, as well as the dishwasher detergent, paper towels, saran wrap, etc. It made for a very seamless experience once we purchased all of our groceries and were ready to prepare our meals. The beach gear is exactly as advertised - umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, coolers, straw beach mats, etc. Again - hitting the beach the first day without making a stop to the local beach rental store was definitely appreciated. The bedrooms and showers were as advertised - if I had one comment to make - the layout of the bedrooms is such that the outdoor grounds lighting is shining right in the bedrooms, and does not turn off until 6 a.m. A sleep mask would be useful if you are the type of sleeper that requires total darkness. Apart from that one small issue, the cottage more than met our expectations and we would definitely rent again should we be fortunate enough to come back to Maui. My husband was concerned about the lack of a/c - this was totally not an issue. The tradewinds blow right through the house and the ceiling fans keep the air moving. It was nice to be in the middle of everything, so close to Lahaina and the beaches on the west side of the island, but to be away from the major tourist activity at night time. This unit is very quiet at night time and is a serene way to end your day. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool is literally 20 feet away. The owners were extemely responsive and a real pleasure to deal with given all of our flight changes which were beyond our control. Also - having the unit for a late departure was very much appreciated and allowed us to have an entire extra day at the beach. We highly recommend cottage #19!!

Wonderful stay; would be perfect with A/C
Lovely tropical plantings and pool just steps away. The beach (five minutes walk) has some of the best snorkeling we found in Maui. Other great beaches, good restaurants, surfing lessons, well-stocked grocery, museums, and shopping all within a short drive. A great location to explore Northern and Western Maui. The house was also well-equipped for home cooking and grilling and we had some great meals at home in the evenings. We loved everything about the house except for the lack of A/C, which we knew about (it was in the write-up) before renting it. It was hottest during the afternoons, even with all the fans on and windows opened, although it cooled off nicely at night. With no A/C, we slept with windows opened, which was fine except for one night when the neighbors were talking outside on their lanai and woke us up at 11:30pm (notwithstanding the rule of no noise between 10pm and 8am). I called out for them to lower their voices and they did so. But all in all we loved the house, which was very well-equipped.

Perfect Fit On Maui
This cottage was the most well equiped rental that we have ever experienced. The only thing missing was a champagne stopper, so we just had to drink the whole bottle. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and all the appliances we needed to cook all of our meals. We used the pool much more than we anticipated as it was quite hot the 10 days we were here and the pool was so convenient and lovely. Access to the beach was easy and we walked or ran on the boardwalk daily. Trips to beaches near Kihei, north Maui attractions, and hiking in Haleakala National Park were all easily reached from this location. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed many hours relaxing on the screened in lanai. We would most definitely like to come back to this area and stay in this unit again.

One of our most amazing vacations ever! Highly recommend for relaxation and feeling at home!
I don't think I ever felt this much "home away from home" as in this cottage - from the moment we parked our car and walked in, it felt just right. The place just has such a homey, cozy feeling... The cottage is extremely well equipped, everything was spotless, the kitchen and also all of the other rooms provide everything one could possibly need (including boogie boards, lawn chairs, etc). There were four of us and we were very comfortable. The surroundings are simply gorgeous: in the morning, we woke up to the singing of birds and the fragrance of Plumeria and all the other exotic flowers! The gardens around the house is a pleasure for all senses. Also, the pool is just a few yards away. To get to airport beach, one of our favorite beaches that we discovered on our vacation, it is not even a 5 minute walk! It was hard to leave, we definitely want to come back and we would recommend the cottage to anyone who looks for a relaxing holiday with an authentic Maui feeling!

Amazing!!!
Suzanne's beach house has absolutely everything you could want for a family vacation. We were in Maui for my son's wedding and this was the perfect place for myself, my husband, my older son, his wife and our two year old granddaughter. Not only is this home beautiful inside...it was clean, the beds were great, the pack and play provided for our granddaughter was perfect. The location is outstanding... we loved using the pool a few steps from the house every day. We walked to the beach and built sand castles with the sand toys provided... the umbrellas and beach pads were also used and appreciated. There are many fans in the home and when you open the windows there is a lovely breeze that keeps the house cool. We truly enjoyed our Kona coffee every morning in the beautiful screened lanai surrounded by gorgeous greenery and flowers, and a view of the ocean in the distance. Absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend Suzzanes home to anyone!!!

Exceeded all expectations!! Wonderful alternative to surrounding resorts!
My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ICC. We were in town celebrating a few milestone birthdays for my extended family who were staying at a few different resorts in Kaanapali. The host was gracious enough to allow us to host the larger group for an early BBQ one afternoon. Everyone in my family wished that they had booked at the ICC! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and feel like how it must have been decades ago - away from the crowded, vertical development. If you are searching for a comfortable, relaxing place that feels like home and is stocked with everything you could need for your stay in Maui, look no further.

Great location, nice quiet community and close to everything we wanted to see.
We enjoyed the open, airy patio and kitchen and proximity to the pool was very convenient. We felt comfortable and at home, very relaxing!

We LOVED IT!
The international colony club cottage 19 is an amazing and spacious cottage. The view of the ocean from both lanai's was spectacular. It is a quiet community where you can go and just relax. No worrying about noisy parties. There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The cottage included bikes, beach gear and chairs. We will certainly return!

Incredibly beautiful, excellent location, very affordable
We loved our stay here and will certainly come back and stay here again! The flowers outside are vibrant, the grass green, the pool warm, the lanai spacious and breezy, the living room open, the beds extremely comfy and the kitchen is spacious and beautiful! And all of it just a 2 minute walk from an incredible beach, what’s not to love!

Maui home away from home
We had an excellent time staying here. Suzanne's home was very comfortable and lots of thoughtful details and amenities are included. We also enjoyed the location, which is steps away from the pool, and a few minutes from the shore. We would definitely recommend her home to friends and family!

Awesome cottage -Perfect location!
Love Love Love it! Every amenity and extra you can think of! Comfortable beds and great screened lanai to sit out and relax with flowers and watch the sun set behind Lanaii. Close to everything on beautiful property. Seriously 50 feet from the swimming pool. Cant wait to come back soon!

Great little cottage minutes away from so much beach access
Cottage was very clean and fully stocked with extras for hitting the beach or pool. Nice and quiet community and very convenient access to 1 of the 2 pools.
