"Nessuna reception all arrivo, solo un ragazzo che serviva al pub (molto gentile e disponibile). Le camere sono sopra il locale, si accede da una scala stretta e lurida, con la moquette inguardabile. Stessa moquette anche in camera, super sporca. La camera piccolissima, non passava nemmeno la valigia tra il letto e il muro. Se sei allergico alla polvere è la fine…persino l’abat-jour piena di polvere. Le finestre belle grandi e luminose ma con i vetri riparati. La sera il locale chiude presto,...

"The Prince of Wales has bus-stops immediately outside the building and it is located opposite the entrance to Osborne House. Our breakfasts were generous in terms of portions and any extra requirements arrived swiftly. Our room was very good value and it was very quiet. Two minor issues with fixtures were resolved quickly and cheerfully. We did not have a car during this visit, but the bus journey from the East Cowes dock took only a few minutes on the local bus service. Great value , great...

"Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. "

"Charming old manor house built in the 1700s. We actually had the room the was formerly the stables! So cute and endearing! Single lane road covered with trees. Great for walks. A beautiful church and old cemetery behind the house. A Pub and a restaurant. Gorgeous new bathroom. As for amenities I did not give 5 stars due to lack of places to put a suitcase and cosmetics. Pedestal sinks look nice but they don't offer place to even set a toothbrush."
