The breakfast area was chaotic and the staff could not keep up with replenishment of breads, spreads, and cold cuts. Lines were too long at the espresso machines. I suggest preparing coffee carafes to be served at the table as an option. I could imagine busy breakfast time volumes are not a surprise ...
