Home has nice layout and location but needs some work. Ice makers did not work. Stereo broke. Handle to sliding door broke. Dishwasher broke and lights to pool did not work. Also handle to front door broke while there

Pictures are deceiving

This house is not what it appears to be on vrbo. The house was not clean when we arrived. Floors were filthy. Mold in every bathroom. Dishwashers leaked tons of water. Maintenance took over 12 hours to respond to an urgent complaint. Lost power on second floor for 2 whole days. No lights downstairs/outside. No pool lights. Kitchen is not stocked at all- not even salt and pepper. Ice maker doesn't work. Beautiful location. House is not well maintained at al.

Beautiful

This home was exactly what I was looking for to gather my friends and family for my birthday. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and convenience of the elevator. The views are spectacular! Our only wish was for the ice makers to be working in the kitchen refrigerators.

Great home

This property was perfect for a family vacation. We had 14 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone.The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty to do in the home and communication was great.Would recommend this place to others.

Celebration weekend

We arrived early because we were offered to come a day early at a discounted rate. Apparently, the housekeeping staff was not informed and the house was not finished being cleaned. Terrible way to start a birthday celebration. After informing the realty that 3 tvs did not work (1being in the main living room) they said they would send someone over to help. The maintenance person came over 2 days later and immediately told us he was there just to retrieve a bulb out of the projector in the theater and that he is a plumber and doesn't know anything about technology. So, we went the whole weekend without the main tv because the sound would not work. Very disappointed!!!

Aqua Sol Vacation

We loved the house the accommodations were great. The size of the house was perfect for a large group. The elevator made things easier. There were a few issues the faucet in the kitchen needs fixing ,the WIFI was out for 2 days of our 5 days 4 nights with the service repair never showed up after several calls, some of the towels had be rewashed because they were wrapped in plastic still wet causing mildew odor and I recommend better cleaning service. But overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Our whole family from the Midwest & East Coast were able to spend Thanksgiving together. The home & location was beautiful. A very comfortable atmosphere and everyone was able to relax and enjoy the long Holiday Weekend together.

Perfect for a big group!

We had 10 people in our group, staying for 3 nights in September for a friend’s wedding, which was a mile down the beach. The location & space was well-maintained & the perfect size for 10 adults. It was a necessity for each of us to have our own bathrooms to use, which was one reason we chose this property. We all had our own areas where we could hang out— living room, kitchen, pool, or beach. I believe 3 of the bedrooms faced the ocean, but the best view was from the bedroom on the top floor. We loved having two dishwashers, two refrigerators in the kitchen, two silverware drawers, two trash bin drawers, etc. There were maybe a dozen K-cup pods on premises, some dish liquid, and a small amount of dishwasher & laundry detergent. They also have drip coffee makers, so bring your own coffee! The bathrooms had soap dispensers by the sinks, but some were empty. I would recommend bringing your own shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner. Maybe hand soap if you don’t want to wash with dish liquid in the kitchen. There were hairdryers, although I’m unsure if every bathroom had one. They do give you one small bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person (so there are two in each king bedroom). You do need to bring your own beach/pool towels, as well as any beach chairs/tents. We thought we might play shuffleboard, but someone had put regular sand on it (not silica) and it was too sticky to play. Parking was pretty tight for our 5 vehicles, so not too sure how you’d manage with 10!

A week of wind and rain

The wind blew and it rained a lot during the stay but we enjoyed the house playing cards, watching movies, the video machine and for sure the hot tub.

This was a great spacious house for a large family reunion. It was not the cleanest (corners, windows, just small things) and did not feel homey, but it definitely did the job well. The absolute best part was the view from the top porch and the access to the beach. We would rent it again.

Spring Break

The property was exceptional and everyone thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities available. It offered something for everyone, from adults to kids. The location on OBX and the beach was ideal and offered great views. We would highly recommend this property for large families or groups and we look forward to returning in the future!

Aqua Sol was perfect!

The house is gorgeous and came with plenty of amenities- amazing views and spacious, comfortable furniture. I wish the movie room had recliners and I would pack my own towels next time (the towels provided are clean, but each person is given 1 small towel, hand towel and wash cloth, and they are on the thin side). That said, still give it a 5 star rating, very happy with our stay!

Amazing house great beach access

The house was great and had everything we needed. Pool was cold even though we heated it, although they were very transparent about the temperature. Quick to respond to anything we brought up. Loved being so close to the beach.
