The house has wonderful views and could be an amazing property. The house falls short in a many areas. The house was not cleaned properly prior to arrival but was given more of a cursory clean. The kitchen cabinets had food and dust all over the doors, dead bugs were found in several locations of the house including the kitchen pantry, sliding glass doors and windows were extra dirty impeding the beautiful views from inside the house, ceiling fans were covered in dust and return vents were covered in dirt and dust. Many of the range burners were inoperable, paint was peeling off the kitchen cabinets, walls were scuffed up badly as the house is in need of repainting, the range was pulled off the wall several inches and the range vent hood cover top piece was completely missing. All 10 beds were not made upon arrival, but rather a bag of sheets was left on each bed for renters to make each bed upon arrival. The pictures loaded for marketing purposes are not quite accurate as the bathrooms walls have mold and mildew. The construction of the house is not of good quality and items are not well constructed at all. One of the bed is missing a leg and a piece of wood was placed there to hold the bed up. While I understand this is rental property and it can be challenging to upkeep wear and tear, much more maintenance and upkeep of the house could have been done and should be done to provide a quality vacation to vacationers and provide a home as described.
