Hi Nick, I will be calm in responding. 1)The Asian lady that checked you in, commented to me immediately afterwards that you have an issue with people from different cultures. That was her impression within 2 minutes of dealing with you. (doesn't say much for as a person does it ?2) The unit you were in, is in fact, one of the most requested units in this complex (from very regular repeat corporate clients).3) We have been in this industry for over 12+ years, and never once have we tried to charge more than the Booking rate with anyone. 4) Most Motel/Hotels will have signage stating that the cooking of odorous food is prohibited. Fish and curry are particularly smelly and are difficult smells to get out of rooms. I personally eat both, but would never cook them in a Hotel Motel unit out of respect for other guests. So, I'm confident I am not raciest.5) Your comments are narrow minded, raciest, and fictitious at best. Are you by chance a fantasy novelist, because your comments reflect that. Hi Jerzelle, Thank you for your feedback. Why do you book a Two Bedroom Unit (2 x individual Adults & 3 children and then complain about the price after your stay ?? The price is set up front, so you clearly have the option of looking elsewhere before booking... As for Wi-fi. The units have a X cap of GB to spread the load evenly. If you needed more, you just had to ask and we can reset it for Free, In the Unit you had, 5 brand new beds, heat pump, Full SKY TV options, Spa bath, cooking facilities etc. If you can't afford these Motels, please don't book. There are cheaper options out there, just not as good. We did appreciate your stay with us; perhaps next time phone us direct and we can offer a discount... you just have to ask... Regards Dennis.
