Comfortable and Clean

We had a lovely stay in this home, which was private and exactly as pictured. The family enjoyed the area, which is in a great location. Lots of ice cream to be enjoyed! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!

Cape house review

Plenty of space inside, clean and cozy. Communication was always prompt and polite but not usually helpful, You can tell the people managing the house are not familiar with the ins and outs of the house. AC stopped working. Also there is no out door space, no seating or tables. We made a makeshift patio area in the very long and private driveway with our beach chairs, it worked but not ideal. Location is grea! Easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches.

Great Family Stay

We had a relatively short trip to Cape Cod (4 nights) and this house helped make it a very enjoyable stay! Space was great for 5 adults plus a dog. Location was excellent. Central to pretty much everything. Beds were comfortable and rest of the house had everything we needed! We would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed staying at this charming cottage tucked away on a wooded property. It offered a wonderful array of amenities, and the location was ideal, being conveniently close to both the beach and downtown!

Disappointed!

It is a large and nice property in a lovely setting. However. The sunroom which we had planned on using extensively was filled with mold. Huge patches on the rug. Furniture damaged by mold. Also. We had trouble with the septic system: toilets not flushing, toilets overflowing. The owner finally came to see the problem. And had the septic system cleaned out. Things were OK after. The house is very nice, and accommodated 6 adults well, but the mold and the toilet problems were not helpful.

Cape Cod vacation

We had a lovely time! The house is very nice. I would recommend having some extra blankets and a vacuum available to tidy up during the week. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom could be updated (a little lopsided and too firm). Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space and convenient.

Not happy

1. Second floor beds are too low. 2. Second floor bathroom sink faucet has too little water coming out. 3. Second floor bathroom vent light is out making the shower very dark. 4. One of the entry way outside lights is out making it hard to see at night. 5. Bad mildew smell in the first floor powder room bathroom. 6. Lights in the bedrooms around the beds are to dim to do any reading. 7. Bushes stick out into the front walkway making you walk in bark mulch. 8. Second floor bathroom window has no curtains. 9. Second floor TV has to have the room light on to work.

Fishing Trip

This was a tidy Cape house in Harwich. The entrance was a long driveway rimmed with large Rhododendrons off of a quite road which leads to the beach. All of the pics listed and the house were accurate and it was a great time in a great place!

Peaceful location in Harwich Port

We had a wonderful time renting this cottage. It is surrounded by beautiful woods and landscaping so it is very private, but it’s also very close to the beach and other activities so it is convenient as well. The best of both worlds! Inside it was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed with plenty of space for 5 adults and two children to spread out. Overall a great experience and we look forward to returning.

Great Harwichport stay!

Lucas made sure that the house was well-stocked. The house was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The house is about 1/2 mile from Red River beach. A wonderful stay for my family (including the grandparents!).

Wonderful house in the woods!

This house was perfect--it is located in a residential neighborhood, only .5 miles from the beach, and on a wooded lot with lots of shade and privacy. My dogs and I loved walking around the neighborhood, and the house had everything my friends and I needed to have a wonderful week at the Cape!

Easy walk to Red River beach

My family stayed a week. Everything we needed… kitchen was well appointed with plates and silverware and cookware. Sheets and towels were on the beds when we got there. We grilled one night on the gas barbecue. Trash was emptied regularly (not sure when but the cans were emptied a few times!). We used the laundry. Everything worked. Kids played a few board games that we found in the closet. Best thing was being able to walk to Red River beach in the early mornings with my dog (dogs not allowed on beach Memorial Day to Labor Day). 7:30 am public yoga available on the beach too. Tons of privacy at the house. Even though we brought our own, there were some beach chairs and sand toys available in the garage.
