"PLEASE BE AWARE: A staff member walked into our room before check-out time(around 9am). Checkout time 11am with the receipt in her hand asking me if we were leaving that day. She didn't even knock, but that's beside the point. I have a 1.5yr old and my husband was taking a shower. I'm livid this happened. Never ever had issues with prior hotels. Dont come in the room before checkout."

"The hotel has potential but was clearly not ready to open as renovations hadn’t been finished. Our room was covered in drywall dust, the stovetop was pencilled in but not installed, the fire sprinklers were inoperable, and the water was unsafe to drink. Breakfast sandwiches were cold. Customer service left something to be desired and feedback was not taken seriously. No compensation offered for a less than satisfactory experience.
