We loved this rental over the Christmas holidays! There was plenty of space for the 9 of us and our dog. We all loved the game room (especially the kids). The owners were super nice and helpful when we had a few questions. It was great in the winter and I imagine it would be even better in the summer!

We really enjoyed out stay in this cape house. There was plenty of room for a family of 6. Most notably it is listed as a 3 bedroom which would have been enough but there was additional beds in the game room basement where my kids chose to stay. The game room was fantastic for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was well stocked.Stacy was great on communication and was a great host.

My family and I had a great stay. It was so fun to have the kids enjoy the game room over a very rainy and stormy weekend on the cape. The house was very clean and comfortable for all five of us plus our dog. Stacey, our host, was very helpful and so responsive whenever we had question. Great place for families looking to unplug and enjoy a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing home on the cape!

I had a group of 10 friends come together for a girls trip, and we fit comfortable at this home. I feel like this is the Disney World of Cape Cod homes. Everywhere you looked was an amazing surprise. Any board game you could imagine! The coolest game room I've ever seen! An amazing deck! A garage that looked like a store with all of the different beach equipment! Not to mention, Stacey and Mike are incredibly responsive and helpful! The home is so clean, bright, and great facilities. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you!

Amazing getaway on the Cape!

We had such an amazing time at Stacey and Mike's place. Everything was comfortable, well stocked, and perfectly outfitted for our group! Stacey's communication was incredible right from the get go - she was thorough, timely, and clear in her instructions, and very responsive to questions. All in all a great stay and we would happily return!

Cape Cod Weekend

House was perfect for our large family. Host was very thoughtful and did reach out to make sure everything was okay. Centrally located for us, was able to visit a couple of beaches and local shops. Will stay again if another trip to the Cape is in the future.

Perfect for family respite

The house was in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to all the Cape activities we had planned. The house was stocked with all beach items and more recreational items that I could have wished for. My son (15) and his friends loved the basement hang out space.

Perfect!

We were a group of 9, ages 16 months to 70, celebrating the 70th birthday. All were very impressed with the amount of detail that the hosts put into this house. Every possible contingency was covered. The setup of the house allows for multiple spaces for families to stretch out. The basement had so much to offer, but (unfortunately??) the weather was perfect and we didn't get a rainy day to enjoy it. The hosts were always just a text away if we had questions, and answers were thorough and detailed. We asked for recommendations for food, and took the birthday celebration to Clancy's. Cannot recommend it enough. Every meal was incredible. If you are looking for a spot to enjoy a family get-together/reunion, this is the spot for you. Thanks Stacey and Mike for sharing your home!

Our short weekend trip

My daughter, Mom and I stayed at this fantastic house for 2 nights. We went to the Cape for my brother’s bridal bbq. We had an excellent experience, the whole family came over to make dinner and play games. Such a wonderful time in a very clean, spacious and fully stocked house. They thought of everything! We highly recommend this house!!!

Our family had an amazing week! The house was perfect size for our group of 9. And loved the open floor plan/one level for the older adults. And kids loved sleeping and playing in the basement. Overall, it was a great stay, highly recommend!

Family Fun

Perfect spot for a few rainy days in December for two families with three teenagers. Games, games, and more games! Cozy, well kept house with everything we needed. Owners were conscientious and responsive. Good central Cape location.

Quick little family cape escape

My boys did not want to leave this place. Thanks to the awesome game room, they said this was “the best vacation ever!” (even though we only stayed 2 nights :) ). It was the perfect spot for our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) and our dog to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. The kids were entertained downstairs while the adults were able to sit and catch up upstairs. We were only here for a weekend in the offseason, but it was a great location to go for a walk on the rail trail and pop over for a nice meal on the water in Harwich Port. We would love to come back in the summer!

Perfect spot for our family getaway

We had a perfect stay at this property. Plenty of space, everything included, thoughtful signs to make everything clear and so many fun activities to keep our family entertained.
