Welcome to Old Camp - a picture perfect, waterfront paradise directly on Long Pond. Picture relaxing on the waterfront deck, surrounded by the sound of gently rustling leaves. Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Set on 5 secluded acres of manicured grounds on Long Pond with 600 feet of frontage and 270 degree views of the Lake. Long Pond is Cape Cod's largest Lake with excellent fishing, swimming, and boating. Very well maintained home with a nostalgic old Cape Cod flavor but completely updated with desired modern amenities and decor.

There is a living room with flat Screen TV, views in every direction, and multiple sliding glass doors! There is lots of comfy seating to sit back and relax. Feel free to use the dedicated desk, with monitor, for remote working and learning. There's also a color printer!

The dining room seats 6-8 comfortably. This home offers 2 first floor master bedrooms with private en suite baths. Upstairs you will find 2 guest bedrooms and a bath. The full basement is partially finished. Picture perfect waterfront deck overlooking the sandy beach and Long Pond.

Entrance is on left side of home. Enter into a fully equipped and updated kitchen with dishwasher. Off the kitchen is an eating area with a view of the pond. On the right is a more formal dining area for a group of 8. Off the dining area hallway is a 1/2 bath.

There is a small hallway that has Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bath has double vanities and a walk in shower.

On the left down another hall is Bedroom 2 that has views of the pond. It has a Queen bed and en suite bath. This bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs are Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower between both bedrooms in the hall and a separate central air conditioning system.

The washer/dryer is in the basement. Outside are spacious deck areas, access to the pond, and a brand new outdoor shower. There is plenty of outdoor dining and a gas grill.

This home offers use of a canoe, 2 single kayaks, 2SUPs and a sunfish sailboat (Guests use at own risk, life vests available and mandatory). Also enjoy a game of Ping Pong in the garage.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
