Fantastic house! Clean, big enough for 6 adults and an infant. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Had everything we needed with the vibe of still being a vacation house. We had a fantastic stay. My only tiny issue was getting the kayak to the lake. I def needed the help of my son to do it. It was not manageable for just me and my husband.

Beautifully appointed home.

Well appointed home centrally located in cape. Beautiful back deck with many birds. Lots of little extras made our visit special, and communication from realtor was terrific.

10 7th street. Harwich

Great house. Clean, well stocked and centrally located to wherever you want to go to in the cape. Only drawback is that there isn’t at least a half bath on the ground floor.

Labor Day Weekend 2022

This property is perfect for a family! Clean and gorgeous! It was great to put the kids to bed and sit out by the propane fire pit. 10/10 recommend!

Plan to come back next year!

A lovely home in the perfect neighborhood for families. Love the quick walk to Long Pond and quiet roads for walking. Plus, just a quick drive to the beach and downtown. The home was lovely and BIG! Furniture well kept and modern. The ground floor is set up awesome to hang out in but I found it could use a deep clean so we stuck mostly to upstairs. A few annoying rental things like a leaky tub and as a first time parent traveling with an infant, a few not infant friendly things (no plug in bathtub to run a bath), scary steps and access to cleaning items under sink, but those are small details and specific to my family. All in all a truly wonderful rental and we plan to come back next year! I'd highly recommend.

Relaxing Property

Well kept and very clean property. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and decor updated. Located in a quiet neighbourhood - the location has its pros and cons. Pro: not far from multiple towns - can go in any direction and be somewhere in 20 minutes. Cons: flip side is that you're not close to anything, so you need to drive 15 min plus to get to groceries, food, activities, etc. It was our first time in Cape Cod, so would have liked more direction on where to go and what to do - e.g. there is a private road that runs alongisde Long Pond with great views, but its not clear if short term renters are allowed to walk there (we did anyway). We also found a tiny beach off that road but it again isn't clear if that beach was for public access. Would also have been good to know where to get groceries, where to get public access to a bigger beach on long pond, the parking permit situation at the public beaches (it's confusing), etc. E.g. we bought a permit for the beach in Harwich - not sure if we needed it but then we couldn't print it to display on dashboard (other towns just need your license plate). Finally, having to order linens and towels is a bit of a pain compared to other places where it is included. Still a great property in a tranquil and relaxing setting

LONG POND RETREAT

Nicely renovated home was very liveable. Only drawback was a lack of a bathroom on the lower level which includes a bedroom. Beach pass not included. Association beach is small and abutters not friendly

Long weekend getaway

The place is well cleaned, felt very comfortable and well managed. Lots of rooms, outdoor grilling and a wonderful basement. Close to the town and beach. My friends and I had a wonderful time and thank you for having us.

Lovely time at the lake house

The house is really very nice. The kitchen is first rate- well equipped and has everything you could want. The bedrooms were nice though the heat was as well distributed to the lower level. The bathrooms are nigh nice especially the master suite. The master closet is enormous and the living areas are nicely arranged. There are 3 refrigerators, a nice washer and dryer, a football table and there are kayaks and chairs available. The lake is a short and pleasant walk away. Overall this is an exceptional property and nicer than advertised

Harwich rental

Overall good and well appointed vacation property except for feathers coming out of sectional sofa. We had to clean shower drain which was gross . Tvs and wifi very good.

Beautiful stay in Harwich

This house was so amazing! Well equipped kitchen and the house was very clean. Beautiful furnishings and so many great things to do at the house, such as grilling, Great outside deck, camp fire set-up, kayaks, bikes, and games. Family of 6, my girls each brought their friend and they had a blast. Loved being near the lake too! We’ve not stayed in Harwich before, usually Dennis, Bourne or Truro. Like Dennis, there is much to do in this town. Check out the lavender farm! Would definitely consider renting here again!

This house is fantastic and we loved our stay!

The house is clean and fabulous, we felt spoiled and the neighbohour is gorgeous, the lake nearby is beautiful, the bikes, kayaks and all the beach gear were a treat! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation in cape cod! Phenomenal! We had only an issues with the trash because the animals love to open the garbage cans outside and it wasn't clear that we had to put the garbage in front of the streets. Also, we could have more light outside for grilling at night, but other than those small details, it was an incredible experience! Highly recommend! Wow! Wow! Wow!
