"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. "This home was really cute and cozy! It was close to a lot of things. We took an uber everywhere and we usually didn’t have to wait long. We were here in early October. Bonnie is an outstanding host! She is very prompt to respond and very helpful. The nearby beaches are a must see, as is Chatham Pier! Downtown shopping is full of great shops! Everyone in the area was so very friendly! "

"This was our second time visiting the Cape, and once again we loved it! Rebecca was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout our trip. We ran into a little trouble with the keypad, but Rebecca was very responsive and helped resolve it quickly. The stay was everything we needed: clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. We had a great stay in this adorable home, every inch of the house was incredibly clean and inviting - beautiful coastal decor and we especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome, like the folded towels on the beds with waters for each guest.
