Suite 3 at The Gem Stays is a comfortable two-bedroom guest suite designed for convenience and relaxation.

This two-level suite offers a practical layout with living space on the main floor and private bedrooms upstairs. It is ideal for families, small groups, business travelers, or guests attending events nearby.

The suite features a cozy living area, a light-use kitchenette for simple meals and coffee, and comfortable bedrooms designed to provide a restful stay.

Suite 3 is one of the guest suites within The Gem Stays property.

The suite is arranged across two levels.

Main Floor

• Living area with seating
• Queen pull-out sofa
• Kitchenette
• Full bathroom

Second Floor

• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Double bed
• Half bathroom

The two-level layout creates a comfortable separation between shared living space and sleeping areas.

Kitchenette

The suite includes a light-use kitchenette, equipped with:

• Microwave
• Mini refrigerator
• Coffee machine
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Sink
• Plateware and cutlery

Please note that full cooking facilities are not available in this suite.

Cooking with large appliances or preparing large meals is not permitted in guest suites.

Guests will have access to:

• Private Suite 3
• Shared building hallways and access areas

Please note:

The Main Lobby and Event Space are not included with accommodation-only reservations.

Exclusive access to these areas is available only if the Event Space has been booked separately through The Gem Event Centre.

Accessibility

• Elevator access is available to the main accommodation level
• All bedrooms require stair access

Unit 2 is the only suite within the property that includes wheelchair-accessible bathroom facilities.

Ambient Noise

The property is located near a highway and railway corridor, and occasional ambient noise may occur.

House Rules Reminder

Parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or exceeding the approved occupancy are not permitted. Violations of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Smoking or vaping (including cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the property and within 10 meters of the building.
