Texted by guest during visit-Thanks! PLACE IS AWESOME BY THE WAY! This mountain home about 1/3 larger ~ lots of quality attractive space (costs about $150K more @ same rate). Decor/furniture goes extra mile for guest ambiance benefit. Incongruous words: 1)'vacant for some time' - peculiar to us as several groups stayed within prior two months - with guest group staying (12) nites just prior to this groups arrival. Cleaning for this prior group ~ (15) hours to prep/clean/spiff up. Guest paid $200, rest absorbed by us. Cleaned with quality standards every visit. Decor European salon style - not kitschy - to enhance guest ambiance. Kitchen ware - we supply what prior customers ask for! Furniture linens tastefully presented. We go farther than 'hut outfitting'- beyond can opener only. Each 2-5 acre parcel private property. HOA and county guidelines for trailers, dog noises, fires. Ranch caretaker nor guest reported any conditions of any kind. Glad to hear you brought doggie. Neighbors with 2 dogs almost always indoors rarely a peep heard. Trailer group with dogs seldom there when they are in past they've been pretty quiet . 50-gal water heater 25% more than 90% of homes. Near new. Propane used recharges among fastest! We bought Rinnai tankless but altitude restricted/unable so was returned. Tank size restricted due to servicing adjacent pressure tank. Dual showerheads not required to use. Lawns illegal due to well-restriction by State. Xeriscape preferred. (2) microwaves, (2) blenders (1 margarita), Keurig & grind coffees, 2 griddles (customer request) - possible clutter? when actually all improve customer usage/ambiance. (3) TVs with SAT, most other cabins have one. Home quality cleaned prior to this guest arrival. Beds, kitchen, floors, laundry, much more. Varied DVDs, books on Indian heritage, wildwest, history, wildlife, outdoors, lodge, childrens, natural beauty and local attractions/activities. Again all for guest convenience, ambiance, tastefully presented. Market references: two groups running (7) years visit and another on their (5th) year visiting. Womens' group stayed - said after 10 different properties ours was 2nd best (1st was 3 times as expensive). Dozens of gracious reviews/compliments. BTW- 'property not cleaned recently' not correct. Quality cleaning of all rooms, linens, much more. Thanks for comments - we have reviewed..may make some minor adjustments going forward as applic. We strive for excellence. Quite apparent on arrival. Thanks! for nice review. A couple refinements - the out front area for vehicles is about 50-75' feet long by about 25-40' wide. Alot of room for trailers to apex 3-point turnabout (other vehicles if any may need to be moved for safety). Also we have not advertised hot tub (ever). Property listing has 'jetted tub' for one person inside bathroom. Thank you! again.

WONDERFUL HOME! Princeton Hot Springs was wonderful as always and we made some delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The boys loved the PS3 games and the video library and the candy bowl. The girls played füsball, board games, read books, and watched movies. The adults had fun listening to the CD library located in the hallway! From owner: There are (5) beds & (1) Queen Sleeper & Many MORE Sleeping Options: (1) King in downstairs Master Bedroom, (1) King in Upstairs Balcony Room (2- French Doors; open high), (1) Queen Upstairs Pergo Room, (1) Queen Mother-in-Laws Suite, (1) Full Loft East End. PLUS Queen Sleeper in Loft, PLUS (2) six-foot+ Sofas Loft/MIL areas, PLUS X-Large Horseshoe Sofa great room (two persons could sleep as singles here). In addition there are at least three double height fast inflating queen air mattresses/sheets/ bedding for overflow needs (Inflatables may leak even as new - may require periodic refilling during use). Also (1) Eddie Bauer bassinet (+E.B. high chair), (1) Toddler Bed (crib size mattress) with linens. Sleeps 14 to 23+ depending on if/how you want to count each option. (Shorter loveseat not included). Guest Review Continued: We followed the check out instructions on Sunday morning, tidied up, ran the dishwasher, checked the phone for a dial tone, locked up. Thank you for your quite favorable review. We add comments here because some guests that leave their comments want to see them, and it is also an opportunity for us to supply useful information. Unfortunately your statement regarding the fourth bedroom is not accurate. Here is an accurate statement regarding all of the bedrooms at Lodge of the Rockies LLC: Downstairs - Bedroom (#1) w/ King. Upstairs - Bedroom (#2) w/ Queen and kid’s beds. Upstairs - Bedroom (#3) w/ King. Upstairs - Bedroom (#4) which is also a large yet elegant comfortable newlywed type suite/apt. Has QUEEN BED -new. It includes: A galley kitchen, oven, microwave, cooktop, small refrig, sink, cookware, large dining table/chairs. Further it has full wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV viewing, foosball. Includes own entrance from outside. This 4th bedroom ALSO INCLUDES its own ensuite lock-off bathroom - in that way it offers total living/sleeping/bathing privacy to guests occupying this newlywed suite. There are two large elegant bathrooms upstairs, one downstairs. Yes A FOURTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATH IS INCLUDED AND THIS IS IT – it is just loaded beyond most expectations with customer amenities. ALSO UPSTAIRS is YET ANOTHER standard bed for two persons. Its in extra loft area. In addition beyond that bed is YET ANOTHER queen sleeper in that same loft area. PLUS there are several fast inflating queen airbeds/bedding for additional guest situations. LOTR LLC is ~ 3,500 sq ft – ~ twice as large as many mountain homes (larger space/larger groups). Emphasis here for future guests who may benefit. We have not had any prior comments ever about the ultra-modern sleek black Jennair combo convection oven. We used it recently with success, & other guests have had no issues. The lodge is at ~9000’. Possibly the issue is that high altitude cook times are commonly adjusted upwards worldwide. Glad to hear oven mentioned actually worked with adjustments satisfactorily for you. We will check it out further soon to make sure this remains satisfactory. Also, there is an additional $1,500 GE Advantium Halogen oven upstairs for more oven/cooking options. Really glad to hear you had a memorable vacation. We do work hard to provide a lot of value for guests (there is one somewhat nearby mountain home/our closest competition – similar in size – that is also available for rental – its about 25% more per night).
