"We stayed in December, and the home felt warm, cozy, and perfect for the holiday season. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also loved that it was pet-friendly—it made our trip even better to have our ES dog with us. Thank you for being such a caring and accommodating host. We truly appreciated your hospitality and loved our stay. We hope to return someday."

"The property is spectacular - definitely do not miss out on walking the short trail to the two lounge chairs overlooking the expansive valley. The entire stay was serene and away from the hustle of nearby towns, but close enough to still enjoy all of the activities and food options available."

"The tiny house had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, and filters.
Communication was fantastic.
The loft bed was very comfy, if you can get up there. I'm under 5 feet, but I'm not sure someone much taller could get there very easily. The main bedroom had an egg carton topper, which I know some people like.

"Awesome place! We almost didn't make it due to car problems but glad we did. We had everything we needed to make our stay great! We enjoyed our time at the cabin, there was plenty of wildlife to see every morning as I sat on the porch sipping my coffee. The kids loved it as well. Thanks for allowing us to use your home. We would definitely come back here to stay."

"This vacation rental was lovely. It’s perfectly positioned 5 minute drive (or an easy 30-minute walk) to Front Street in Fairplay and 20 minute drive to Breckenridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The shower pressure was very nice. The WiFi worked great. The host was very communicative and the check-in/check-out processes were super easy. We loved grilling out and eating on the patio enjoying the view of the ridge. We highly recommend this rental....
