"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

"I recently stayed at The Stay Company for nearly a month, and it was an excellent experience. The location was fantastic, very safe, with a park just steps away and convenience stores nearby. The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place, and I look forward to returning soon!"

"So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!"

"The host never got in touch with us. We was out hiking in the Peak District and was on edge as the host wasn’t replying to us. Calling kept going to voicemail. We raised this issue with customer support however they couldn’t get in touch either so they had to cancel our booking and refund us.
