Mala experiencia unicas
1.Empezando tube problemas con el tv que no prendia 2. el cuarto tenia una peste horrible 3.el espejo estaba bien sucio parese no tener mantenimiento4.afuera observe ratones necesita fumigar5.no fueron a recoger el cuarto en los dos dias que estuve ahii.no vuelvo ni lo recomiendo

This place is what it is. It's a dump. The guy at check in was rude. Had to put all my weight into the door and crash into it just to get into the room. Never again.

First room had no dead bolt lock and broken curtains.....second room dirty bathroom floor and unmaintained ....front desk staff unfriendly

Stained sheets, no towels, TV didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close, and burn marks on chair and spackle all over the walls. Also felt unsafe. My sister was approached by a man to come to his room as she left our room.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The check in took over 45 minutes. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was in terrible condition. There was a official legal notice at the check in alerting customers about illegal activities.

dirty as hell but you get what you get for $115 😂 we slept on TOP of the covers and didnt use the shower or sink because the whole room was kinda nasty. bare minimum but hey its a motel so you get what you get

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Because of a late check-in, they did not want to honor my reservations due to weather they had to move me to three different rooms because the doors look like they had been broken in with a crowbar, two of them did not lock, cigarette burns were all over the carpet, mattresses and blankets even though we asked for rooms that had no smoking. There was mold and urine all over the floor. No toiletries and no toilet paper were available. The staff was completely incompetent and made me feel as if I was an idiot Took 2 1/2 hours to check in and multiple calls to Expedia. Would never recommend this to my worst enemy.

I did not bother to check in. I ask for Southington, CT. but without realizing that the place is located in Hertford, one ofthe most dangerous areas in Hartford. I did not feel safe for my life or my prop.

AWFULLLL DO NOT STAY
This hotel is disgusting! We went to Hartford for a concert and this was the closest place. We checked in and checked out 3 hours later it was so disturbing. See attached pictures

Stayed here for a show. All the reviews about blood stained sheets and cigarette burns are true. Only redeeming quality was that thankfully I didn't end up with bed bugs.

Person at the check in did not great me , check in was very slow, I was not provided with instruction on how to get to my room. Carpet in the room was dirty , there was food on the carpet , bad odor , Hair in bathtub and zinc, holes on the sheets . Dust on furniture. Horrible . I’m sorry but 0 out of 10.

There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets, pillows were completely flat, no stopper on the tub for a bath, woken up multiple times in the night due to the noise outside. Person at the desk was nice, even after the 3 people in front of me berated him through their entire interaction. Not in the best area but served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night.

Bad idea to go here taxi took 5 hrs to get to me Then no breakfast and bad environment. Dirty and loud and then people getting high on the property and staff not very friendly. I wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm which I am not happy so bad experience want a refund.

It was a bed to sleep in. What i was looking for, so can't complain much. First room had plumbing issues. Both rooms didn't smell pleasant.

It was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms was disgusting and smelled of mold and mildew. The covers and carpet had cigarettes burn in them. Omg the carpet was disgusting.The curtains was barely hanging up and I don't know if these people were on drugs but they was walking around like zombies. A guy even asked me did I have any "candy". It was terrible

I have being in the Bronx and worse setting than that and I was never robbed, someone open my room door when I was out and stole my bag pack with my passport and all my important documents, keys, money cards ect. I am asking anyone that can help please make me get my passport and travel document please, I don't care about the money, phone, clothing or even the keys or cards just my documents that ID me and please take that destination off hotel com that place in highly not recommended for upstanding person 🙏

I am incredibly angry. There is supposed to be a microwave and mini fridge in my room, and they still have not brought either. I was told a couple days ago, and then again today that they would…please HELP!

This place needs some new carpeting and a fresh paint job, but the bones are good, and it’s very inexpensive. The staff here are as accommodating as you will ever find, and Hartford CT is a great Capitol City to visit.

Only thing good here was the price. Very bad conditions with sheet that was so worn you could see thru it. Required ground floor because of knee surgery and the younger man said they just don't take requests with total disregard of the pain stairs will cause. Got the low price but would never stay again.
