"This is a sweet convo with lovely views from all windows. There is a porch off the kitchen where you can sit and hear birds. Fragrant lilac as you come up the stairs to the door. Wanda was very easy to work with, friendly and available. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar, and in all, had a wonderful stay."

"The stay was nice. The unit appears to have just been rehabbed with all new everything. Items that should be addressed are identifying the unit. That small number is not working. Can't be seen from the road or parking. Not handicapped friendly. Never found the pool, spa or other activities. Information should be provided in the unit. Overall I would recommend this unit. 4 🌟"

"We (2) stayed in the treehouse which was perfect especially because we were just looking for the one night and most places only allow you to book 2 minimum. There were easy hiking trails directly outside of our door, along with a cute lodge/yoga studio! It was also an easy drive into Woodstock, roughly 10 minutes which was great for dinner :)"

"The property was exactly as listed, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. In addition, it was very spacious and could easily accommodate our extended family of 10. Also, whenever there was an issue or a problem – which was never the owner’s fault – the property manager was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to take care of it. We had only one main criticism, which is that we wish more of the windows had screens. We could not open the others without bugs...

"On a very quiet small lake, but plenty of things to do. Kayaks, paddleboard, float pad, and hot tub were a big hit. Plenty of games and activities in the house too for rainy days. Greg was great at communicating everything about the house and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house was really quite great - especially for a winter getaway. It had everything you could possibly need and then some! My only critique was how difficult it was to communicate with the host. It feels very automated and difficult to get even the simplest answers."

"Although the stream was devastated by the Vermont floods, it was still enjoyable to relax and watch pass by. Several opportunities to explore the area for fishing and hiking. Host was very accommodating and attentive. The wood burning stove made some of best vacation breakfasts ever. Great vacation!"

"Great place - second time we've stayed here. Plenty of space, well-equipped chef's kitchen - great for cooking and entertaining. If you have kids or family and want to cook for them, this is the place you want. Private and cooled in the Spring/Summer by all the trees - great place to stay while visiting Queeche, Woodstock, and beyond."

"We loved the log cabin in the woods for our NYE celebration. It's quaint and has so much charm. The check-in process and communications were excellent. It is about 4.5 miles off the main road so it is in a remote area. It was great for us since we had our dog and it had a huge property for him to run around. "The property was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light. It was very close (driving distance) to all we wanted to explore. It would have been nice to have more instruction on the heating systems and pellet stove. We read the stove manual, determined it needs cleaned (badly) so cleaned it after we unplugged the vacuum (it was totally clogged and full). I could not get on the review link for vacasa. King bedroom door lock doesn't work properly, and I had to buy more toilet tissue. "
