Brenda our host welcomed us, her home was clean and cozy. Kitchen and also home stocked with games, puzzles, movies and books, gifts from her for us, and a pet. We had a great weekend, thank you for having us.

This house was spotless, and the owners thought of EVERYTHING you might need during a stay and more. I really loved the tribute to Sam and thank him for his service! Owners were responsive and so thoughtful!

Home away from home

Sam and Patsy's place is a wonderful property and had everything we needed for our fluffy dog and 3 kids. With thoughtful accommodations we were able to have a spectacular mother's Day weekend and made great memories with our children here. It was also a great place to stay for the Hart Hills bike race.

The home was simply awesome! The host Brenda was great; she sent us a s’mores gift bag on the 1st night and even got in touch with us after we left something behind. The home was well decorated and comfortable, we had everything we needed! Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and it was close to Silver Lake. Will definitely come back and stay there… a home away from home!Thank you Brenda!

Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The fenced back yard was large and wonderful for our dogs. Property is walkable to the restaurants in town. Communication with the owner was great. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Hart!

Amazing. Extremely well stocked from zip lock bags to shampoo and conditioner host left us a goodie bag with dog treats and s’more fixings !!! Dogs loved the backyard. Freezer had ice made the decor was great someone has a great eye for decorating. Those house was incredibly clean. Golfed at Double JJ resort. Amazing local restaurants were wonderful. Will definitely book sgain

We plan to come back!

The home is clean and well decorated and the hosts left a lovely handwritten welcome, along with snacks and bottled water. The home has everything you'd need for a wonderful break, right down to the marshmallow roasting sticks! We definitely plan to return. Thank yoy for a great stay, our family appreciated it greatly.

♡☆♡☆♡LOVE THIS HOUSE♡☆♡☆♡ We had a wonderful time in your lovely home! Very clean, had everything we needed/wanted. LOVED the backyard/firepit! Great parking area for trucks/trailers. Hosts were easily reachable with GREAT Communication! We will definitely be back to the dunes and plan to stay here (if available)!

Great place for a family gathering and so wonderful that they allow us to bring our furry family members too! The house was very comfortable for our group of six. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The backyard is a wonderful place to hang out and play the lawn games that are provided. There were beach towels and chairs provided for us to hit the beach and the state park bike trail is right at the end of the street. The host was very responsive and helpful and the welcome gift was so thoughtful. My boys also loved the gumball machine. We would not hesitate to stay again next time we are in this beautiful area of Michigan!

Clean and Homey!!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and nicely decorated! Made us feel very much at home. The owner left nice goodies, like s’more fixin’s and home made pumpkin bread! The parking was great! Big enough for our 3 four seater SXS and trucks! So if you are planning a trip to the dunes there is plenty parking here! We made use of the fire pit and played corn hole too! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next dune trip! 😀

Large backyard

The house is clean and bright with pretty much everything you need! We almost wished it would rain so we could enjoy the games and movies. Its in a sweet spot which puts you between Pentwater and Silver Lake. Both are great places to enjoy! The yard was a big hit with our family and 1 y o granddog who had a fantastic time running around it! We'd love to stay again in this quaint and cozy house. Our hosts were in touch throughout the stay and left tokens of their appreciation on check in. Thanks so much for having us! ❤️

Thank you for being dog friendly!

Our family had a very enjoyable time at the Cozy Hart Getaway last week! The hosts were so wonderful and communication was a breeze. The house was perfectly equipped with anything and everything you would need. As a female, I especially appreciate the hosts providing a small assortment of feminine hygiene products in the bathroom in case a guest was in need. I love how everything in the kitchen was organized and labeled so you know exactly where things belong. Most importantly, our two fur babies loved the spacious and clean fenced-in backyard. As soon as we arrived, they were very excited to run around and roll in the grass. Our dogs are very important members of our family and the backyard was a perfect space for them to play. During our stay, we enjoyed driving to the Mears State Park in Pentwater, having bonfires in the backyard, relaxing in the living room, and dancing in the kitchen while cooking dinner. The hosts did an amazing job at making the home feel welcoming and ready for our stay. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back soon!

Beyond amazing

I don’t know where to begin. It was incredible. Chock full of stuff you may need in bathroom And kitchen. Never seen so many things ready for you in a shower or kitchen; you want/need for nothing here! So cozy! Huge backyard. Wonderful bonfire area & so much seating. Dog loved it back there, fenced-in!! Yard games were so fun! Located in a cute little area with a nearby lake that was fun for fishing, and the Hart Brewery which is a MUST VISIT specifically for the brisket mac n cheese. So many beds and everywhere you’ll find blankets, pillows, and even 2 air mattresses! Brenda was great! Attentive & anticipatory to our needs. She left us a gift bag with a magnet, mug, dog treats, pens, and stuff to make s’mores! She also has wood so you don’t even have to buy any, and there were sticks for roasting marshmallows, too! We wanted to come back later in summer but she’s all booked up already and for good reason! It was incredible and we never wanted to leave! I hope I didn’t forget to mention anything. We LOVED THIS PLACE! And I can’t say enough good things about Brenda and her property.
