"Staff were occasionally hard to understand due to the language barrier and their knowledge was average when asked questions, frequently got different responses from different staff. The parking spaces are limited and can be a tight squeeze unless you get one early. We checked in late and there were buckets and tradie tools spread throughout the carpark. The pool was unavailable. The room was quite dusty and outdated (with the exception of the bathroom which was upgraded). We had to use broken...

"Need to put some money into some things in the room and start should be more welcoming"

"Spacious room and Clean bathroom"

"Excelente servicio y ubicación"

"Very good service"

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."

"Todo excelente"

"Muy buena ubicación, personal amable y muy linda estancia. Me gustó mucho hospedarme y regresaría "

No estaba hecho. "

"Buen hotel, excelente servicio "
