"Our one-night stay was satisfactory, and the children particularly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. The amenities were of good quality, and the central location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. Overall, the experience was pleasant and efficient. Thanks :)"

"This place is tired, even for the low cost, there is maintenance required. The sheets were clean that goodness or I wouldn’t have felt comfortable sleeping. There was an ancient alarm/phone system that were off at 1.40am and woke me up. The spa bath is the bath/shower was about a meter high and almost impossible to get into. Can’t imagine this would have been easy for an older person. The whole room freaked of Cherry cleaning aid. Enough to give you a headache."

"Owner is very friendly and helpful. Good quality Motel"

"Very spacious room with 3 beds. Room was not attached to another room, makes it very private. Very friendly staff. Good parking"

"Great location, not use to road noise and the cleaner took the good clean un used towel and left with the used one from day before."

"Was a last-minute booking, price was reasonable. The accommodation was huge and very clean overall; just the outside needs cleaning, and the gardens and lawns need mowing. would stay again"

"This is a very run-down vintage hotel, whose heritage values are overshadowed by years of neglect. We were struck by musty carpets, flaking plaster and paint, and shredded curtain linigs. The shower over the bath is a danger for elderly clients getting in and out. The room seemed too large for the heat pump to warm adequately. Internal calls to reception were never answered or returned. Parking on the hotel's premises is a real problem. While this is advertised as available, on arrival we were...

"Quiet, clean with very helpful staff. A short walk to the river walkway which is pleasant way to walk to the city."

"Great secure car parking under the building and a very clean hotel perfect for business stays in Hamilton. The staff are super friendly and the place was spotless. Repeat customer."

"There is no swimming pool. booked because the photos showed it and wanted it for the kids. but it was closed down. overall an ok place to stay. "
