"We had a blast at this property. Love making a fire in the fire pit and the quiet atmosphere by the lake was incredible. There are plenty of games in the house so we had no need to unpack ours. The beds were all very comfortable. Very cozy and lovely stay!"

"Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come...

"Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed...

Experiencing peaceful evenings by the fire pit and small hikes during the late morning, hot tubbing and kayaking on the pond, and finished our evenings with dinner and Yatzee. Really enoyed Boyd Pond, and what great hosts Teresa and Chris were to share their peaceful property...We would definitely come back."

"We took a long weekend to so my granddaughter could visit her other grandparents in the area. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted for nothing! We wished it was summer to take advantage of the lake amenities. We will definitely visit again."

"Loved staying at this property. It comfortably accommodated our 9 member family. The kitchen was super stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. But the lake front is what really makes this property outstanding. The lake itself is scenic, quiet, and amazingly clean. Kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, paddle board and small motorboat provided plenty of water activity. And we all loved the wood-fired hot tub! "We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very large and there is quite a bit of privacy as it is quite far from any main road. The scenery was beautiful. It was great having two motorized fishing boats. The fishing was very so-so. "This place was a perfect home away from home while we visited some friends in the north country. This home is deceptive - it looks small from the outside but it’s perfectly spacious inside. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and bake/cookware, the views were lovely, and the whole place was clean as a whistle. Highly recommend that you stay here if you get the chance!"
