Gorgeous, cozy clean house exactly like the pictures. Plenty of rooms for four families with 16 people and a mixed age group. It was centrally located inside the zmasanutren HoA with about 5 minutes drive to the slopes and everything nearby. Pool table, hot tub, multiple fireplaces, decor and everything just made it really fun. Only major drawback was that there were not enough full baths for our large group and the hot water would run out in the lower level after some time and we had to wait for it to heat up again. But we knew about the limited bathrooms going in based on the property description. In general, the hosts were super responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. Overall very happy with stay

Don't Stay Here! We had sewage backing up into the rooms making them unihabitable. The home had been modified to accommodate people beyond the sewage systems capacity. The owner's response was to send one cleaning lady with a mop. We had to leave. Requested a refund and got no where. Vrbo customer support was no help.

Golf Getaway

Our group of 10 senior golfers could spread out and enjoy the rec room, living room, and cooking amenities for our annual four-day trip. We cooked breakfast each morning, golfed all day and returned after dinner to relax The hot tub and out side sitting areas saw plenty of use. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great stay

We rented this home for our annual college friend get together. Comfortable for a large group with 4 kids, ages 2-4. Hosts were very generous and helpful and let us check in early. The only suggestion, which is minor, would be for some way for the couch sectionals to attach together as we had to push them together constantly for our kids as they would fall between the seats. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family Stay

This house was great for our family of 13. We had plenty of space to spread out, but also room to gather for meals at the long dining table. We had a great weekend.

Not Happy

We rented this house to use as a place to stay for our family and friends for our sons wedding. We have used VRBO before and never had a experience like we did with this house. We do understand that the houses typically on VRBO are income property's and that there are different families in there every week and nothing is perfect . With that said this house had to many issues that could not be overlooked. 1. The skillets were so nasty we would not used them. 2. The lower bedroom had mold on the ceiling. 3. The lower bathroom had mold on the ceiling tile and I mean the whole tile. 4. The fire alarms were removed in two bedroom. 5. There was a griddle but could not fine the cord which was ok since the griddle had rust on it we would not have used it any way. 6. The cabinet that stored the plates smelled like rotten food. 7. Both the upstairs and downstairs dryers didn't work. Had to dry the clothes we washed over the deck railings. 8 Patio door needed three hands to open the door. My 85 year old mother got stuck on the porch because the sliding door would not open for her. 9 The room with the bunk beds had no working lights. 10. For a house that is listed as sleeps 20 don't bring more then 5 cars 11. There are no Views as listed 12 The Master Suite is not private there is a bedroom in the room behind the master bedroom

Great House for Big Group

The house was roomy and comfortable for 19 people. The kitchen is well stocked and combined with the dining area was a great big space for everyone to eat all together. We were all able to hang out in the main room without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor space with the hot tub and multiple seating areas is great. We also enjoyed using the fire pit. Overall a great stay.

Family time priceless

We had 20 family members coming from 6 states to spend the weekend together. The Grand Log Home fit us well with room to play games, visit and sit down to eat meals together. The house would be even better with a few updates and repairs (needs some TLC) to make the stay a five star. The large living room was perfect for our family worship on Sunday morning, something we will always remember. If you are looking for a house for a large family definitely consider this place.

Family Reunion

A really great place for everyone to gather. Beds and bathrooms were awesome--2 washer/dryers. Hot Tub, fire table and pool table were a hit! Kitchen could be better stocked to feed a group. More information about the area from the host would have helped us plan our stay better. Much fun was had by all three generations.

A lot of little problems.

The owner was polite and quick to respond to questions. As for the property, there were not any major problems but a lot of little issues that added up. -Maintenance - the back of the couch was broken (you can see this in the listing pics). Unfortunately this is the first thing we saw every time we entered the front door which obviously leaves a bad impression. Also; broken lightbulb in the living room chandelier (also can see in the listing pics), burnt out lightbulb in the kitchen; outlet in living room was not secured; area rug in the main floor bedroom is not laying flat and is a trip hazard; kitchen backsplash grout is missing; cue sticks for billiard table are missing tips; mold in one of the basement bedrooms - Cleanliness - there was a garbage bag left in the garage that stunk to high heaven (we took it to the dumpster); there was an extra coffee pot in a cabinet which had dried up coffee grounds and filter inside; dust and cobwebs on walls and ceiling; there were dead bugs in the kitchen light fixtures; windows were filthy; back yard/patio had cans and bottles on the ground; there was garbage in the fire pit/sole stove; shower heads were crusty; sliding glass door track was filthy which makes it nearly impossible to open/close - General - the place needs refreshed; the wood putty repairs look awful; flooring on the main floor looks cheap; A/C unit in the 2nd floor small bedroom is just weird
