"If you book through Expedia make sure you get check in info before. Owner usually sends text with key pad code but Expedia doesn’t give them phone number or email. They do try to send message through Expedia but that didn’t work either. Not the owners fault. Expedia needs to change their system. Once I got hold of the Lodge people the person I spoke to was super helpful."

"Communication was great with keypad and keycards easy to access. Room was not ready for us (beds not made, partially cleaned). Bookings or room allocation was obviously disorganized, as other guests as didn’t have rooms ready at check in. Had to book a motel elsewhere in town at the last minute which cost me another $50. 😢 Motel was apologetic and responded quickly to my request via Expedia for a refund and I am awaiting that transaction."
