"Nice property, beautiful home. However, it needs a better housekeeping protocal, dirty dishes and utensils in cupboards and drawers, carpets were filthy, floors and patio hadn't been swept properly and previous dog hair on bedding and front of couch. I love my dogs but really? Clean up for the next guest if you're "pet friendly", we certainly pay fees for that! There is also a mice problem, D-Con was left out so not ideal for pets. The location is pretty, but definitely not private, houses...

We have travelled to a variety of destinations both in North America and abroad, but rarely have we encountered such loving details and finer touches. Susan and Tom really know how to create a special atmosphere. When we arrived we were very hungry and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious charcuterie, and ice cold beer in the fridge....

"This property is truly a home! If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!"

"I was in Coeur D Alene for a large dog show. The house was exactly as it was depicted in the listing. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Cleanliness was wonderful. I enjoyed the yard with a fire pit right across from the CDA resort's golf course on a little street with no traffic. So close to town and restaurants. Just a great stay overall."

"The property was very nice - well maintained and updated. It was a very short walk to the main street of Coeur d'Alene (Sherman Ave) - closer than it looks on maps. The property absolutely has beds for 6. But if you are planning to have that many people, note one bathroom and only a small 2 person table for eating. Huge couch though! In a very quiet neighborhood."

"We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!"

"This cabin was perfect- beautiful view of the lake and easy access to it. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need right down to a first aid kit and Q-tips. Everything was clearly labeled from important items in cupboards to light switches! The host was very responsive if anything was needed and check in/ check out was easy. We had a wonderful week at the lake and we will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us."
