We spent a week at Cocoa Casa and what an amazing week it was. We were in the area for a wedding and needed to be within a reasonable distance to the wedding venue and Harrisburg Intl Airport as we had family members flying in and out on different days. The location was perfect. It felt like anything we wanted to do or needed was less than 10 minutes from the house including tons of amazing restaurants, Hershey Park attractions, shopping, etc. The house is located in a very quiet & safe residential neighborhood but close to everything. The house was impeccable. Very clean, insanely comfortable beds (all of them), soft quality linens, and the decor and aesthetic of the home was pure perfection. Anything we needed, the host and owner responded to within minutes. The hot tub was clean and so nice to come home to every day. We loved our stay at cocoa casa and will definitely return when visiting family in the area. Thank you Kyle, Jeniffer, & Manny for everything!

Great place to stay for 2 nights with my extended family to visit Hershey park with 4 kids 2 grandparents and parents. Perfect size and activities for our group to be comfortable and entertained! Would recommend to others!

Accommodations were very very nice. Modern, extremely clean. The host responded to us about a minor problem immediately. Game room & theater room were a bonus for our family. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was perfect.

We had the best family vacation! The house was perfect. From everything we needed, homey vibe, relaxing atmosphere. 15 Mins to HersheyPark which was a big hit with the kids including a half day at chocolate world. We were able to come back to the house and take breaks as needed. It was perfect! Thank you for helping us make memories:)

House was as described, great location, close to Hershey park/stores, and neighborhood was fine. We met one neighbor who was very nice. Homeowner was very responsive to our questions. Upstairs was a little warm but it was 85 and hot, and basement cold but that’s expected for Pa. Would recommend!!

Great amenities….good location.

Equipped with great amenities, nice kitchen…very comfy beds. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to Hershey. Very new and clean. Note: many stairs if anyone has mobility issues.

Cozy home

We were staying while the snow storm was coming through. The owner had the sidewalks and driveway cleared for us. That was nice. Overall it was a great stay. We cooked mostly since the weather was not great. Functional and spacious. Centrally located to stores and easy to get to our destinations . Hershey, close..and Roundtop Ski Resort

Memorable weekend in Hershey

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. You can certainly feel the love that the owners put into renovating and decorating this home. This was a weekend getaway for 3 families. The finished basement was perfect for the 4 kids ranging from 5-12. The kitchen had lots of space for the adults to hang out and for us to cook. It was a good proximity to Hershey Park where we went both Saturday and Sundau. The house also had we sitting that we needed for our stay. From towels to paper towels to dishes and a coffee maker. This was the perfect home away from home for our families.

The best VRBO - perfect for families!

We stayed at Cocoa Casa for our annual family vacation. This was easily the best VRBO we've stayed at - and we've stayed at quite a few! The hosts were so wonderful, and they really thought of everything, from the amenities to all of the cute details (like the coffee bar!). They made our stay so easy! And the house was so clean and well decorated. All of our kids - ranging in age from 3 to 13 - loved the house. There was something for all of them and so many games in the basement for them to play! Plus, we were so close to the attractions - Hershey Park, Hershey Chocolate World, etc. We all kept talking about how we want to come back! If I could give this VRBO more than 5 stars, I would.

Great Stay at the Cocoa Casa

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very well appointed, and had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the attention to detail, the decor, and overall cleanliness of the house. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day at Hershey Park. The only thing that I would mention is the kitchen side door was loose and probably needs repair. Everything else was perfect. 5 Stars. Thank you!

Fabulous house super close to Hershey Park

We had the best time at the Casa! It was very easy to communicate and enter the house. The house was clean and well set up for us. We were so impressed by the decor. The house was stocked with everything we could need. We had 5 kids so the plan was to cook at the house and relax. We did just that! Plenty of space to eat, relax, and play! The kids were IN LOVE with the basement. TV's everywhere! Comfy beds for everyone. Central air was a must as we were there in a heat wave. For the places that needed extra air, Fans were a big help. The owners really thought of everything. We made smores and enjoyed our first night outside by the firepit while the kids enjoyed the bubbling hot tub. Our second night, we loved the house so much we decided to order take out instead of going out to dinner so we could enjoy our last night. Being only 15 min away from Hershey Park was excellent. Made things very easy. I would recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend.

The perfect getaway with friends !!

My friends and our kids traveled from NJ to go to Hershey park and stayed here. The house was absolutely gorgeous and so clean!!! The game room was great entertainment for our kids!! We highly recommend this home. The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Will come back !!!

Beautiful home!!

The communication during check-in and check-out was informative and the hosts were always available 24/7 if we needed anything. The place was equipped with everything we needed. The basement was beautiful with games everywhere and a giant screen TV that we were able to have movie nights and play games. During our stay, the weather was EXTREMELY HOT. Having this place was the saving grace of our trip because we didn’t even mind being stuck in the house for longer than expected. I would recommend and stay again!

Great stay in Hershey

Our family came to Hershey for the weekend and loved this property! It’s beautifully redone, with very thoughtful accents like games for the family, lots of seating and sleeping options, gorgeous decorating, and a coffee bar. The hottub and fire are nice touches behind the privacy fence. The beds were all super comfy. It was a good distance from the park and downtown Hershey. We would come back for sure!
