"The inside of the home is very nice, clean, decor gets an A, comfortable beds and linens, lots of places for photo ops! The outside could use a little TLC. There was fast food garbage on and around the porch in the front yard, alley by garage was a mess, broken glass everywhere. The cowboy pool had no water nor anyway to fill it. Quiet location. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I appreciate having a place to stay at the last minute. We came out to Ohio to visit family and though we were offered a place to stay with our loved ones, we wanted to be comfortable. Some of the Hotels we searched had reviews that didn't make me feel comfortable enough to book. Thankfully I found this property. The check in process was extremely easy and parking was great. "Our stay was from July 3 thru July 6. We had a wonderful time!! The house was so comfortable for our family. The location was perfect for us. It's halfway between Hocking Hills and Columbus so we were able to spend a day hiking in the hills and a day in the city. The rest of the time we spent just enjoying the house and the town that it's located in. Also, we drive an EV and hadn't considered charging stations until we got there and needed one!! "Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay."
