"We stayed recently and chose the quietest weekend. Jo in recpetion was a delight to deal with. However, the downfall with staff came saturday at 530pm when a man came in and abruptly told everyone to "get out pools closed". There was no pool closing times noted anywhere, no 10 minute warnings, just ..."
