"This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was...

"Great location - neighborhood had lots of great, paved walking trails and it was close to downtown Brunswick. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. The back yard however, needed serious cleaning up of dog poop from previous renters. There was A LOT and we spent the first hour cleaning up the mess. This should always be checked prior to rentals. Otherwise, a fine experience."

"All we could say was wow! Words cannot express the view from this house! It looked like a picture! Beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, spacious, comfortable beds, everything was perfect. I have the worst cell service and I couldn’t get the app to work but David answered my call right away and helped us get in. I’d highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!"
