Everything was great. We were there to work on our land, which is right across the street. We hated to leave because there’s still lots more work to do. It recently caught on fire and burned hundred percent we’ve been working hard trying to clean it off thank you for your hospitality.

The casita was very nice, and had some great amenities. We enjoyed that they had decorated for the Holidays! The only recommendation from me would be to get more silverware, cups, and plates. Too many of the things in the cabinets were plastic or paper.

Spring break

It was a good trip. The house was nice. The hot tub needed more water the jet would spray out cause the water was too low. They also had no dish soap to clean back dishes. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Would stay here again, but w/ minor improvements

Absolutely loved our stay. Comfort of home away from home. The location and view was wonderful. Husband and I grew up in the country, but now live in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch scenery and seeing stars at night...especially from inside the hot tub! We are now wanting to purchase our own. The only problems we ran into are minor and didn't change our minds on wanting to come and stay again in the future. The kitchen sink faucet is loose from the sink. The hot plate provided does not get very hot. Takes too long to cook something on it. The bathtub is VERY slick. Needs a bathmat or textured bottom. The bathtub shower curtain needs to be washed after every booking. It was yellow and slightly pink on the bottom. The square sink was loose from the base. There was only one bathroom with handsoap, and even then the pump didn't work. There was only 1 new toilet paper roll per bathroom. The rolls that were already in use was practically gone after one use. We had to purchase more toilet paper for our 4 day stay. There needs to be just a couple more kitchen towels for all the hand washing dishes, cups, plates, and bowls. Natural light is a wonderful thing, and I personally use it often... but I wasn't a fan of the sheer curtains and no blinds in the living room. Loved staying at La Casita. Would love to come back and stay there again. Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone visiting Fredericksburg and vacationing away from reality, and city life.

Wonderful New Year’s

We had a blast here. Perfectly situated outside of Fredericksburg for a quick trip when you’re ready. We enjoyed the fire pit, clean hot tub and stargazing! There were also birds and wildlife all around. Our family enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Cute hideaway

We didn’t want to stay in town and wanted a quiet place to relax, this was just the place! A simple drive, with beautiful scenery led us to the perfect hideaway. The house was away from noisy neighbors, had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway and was very well kept. We had no issues with checkin, and probably the EASIEST checkout system I’ve ever encountered! There was an issue with a fan not working and they were on it right away. We can’t wait to book here again in the near future!

Anniversary getaway

This property perfectly fit our requirements. The bed was very comfy and appreciated the extra pillows. The full sized fridge was perfect to hold our shopping goodies. Would have preferred more window covering.

Perfect little secluded getaway

A couple of friends and I stayed the weekend for our friend’s birthday. The house was so cute inside and out, secluded enough to see the beautiful night sky and all the stars from the porch/hot tub but only a quick drive into town! Love the layout, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect! Would definitely consider staying at this location again.
