"Beautiful original log home. Deck built out on Cheat River for gorgeous views and wildlife. Wonderful fire pit area. Definite location! The home is well equipped with many hospitalities. Awesome hot tub all of property direct views of the river. Fishing was fabulous too!"

"The outside of the building didn’t look very welcoming when we pulled up, but the condo we stayed in was great. It was clean, well decorated and furnished for comfort. It offered the perfect home base from which to hike around the falls or explore the local shops in Davis and Thomas. The owners had left a little basket with coffees/teas and other little thoughtful touches. If we’re in the area, we’ll stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the comforts of the Fox Den! It was a great base camp for daily mountain adventures and we appreciated the cleanliness, the outdoor space and the fully equipped kitchen. The only downsides of our stay include the noise from the upstairs renters—we had a hard time sleeping because you could hear their every movement and it lasted into the early morning hours. We also wouldn’t recommend walking to downtown Thomas from the unit because there isn’t a sidewalk and the unit is...

"We love this VRBO cabin so much that we’ve stayed multiple times. Its eclectic decor adds to the enjoyment of our stay. It has plenty of space for our family and is located near some of the most beautiful natural sites in the world. "This was a beautiful cabin and the location was perfect. Easy communication with owners and spoke with them in person a couple times. Would highly recommend for anyone going to the area of Davis WV. Cabin was furnished with everything you need and was spotless! Our Dogs also loved the large yard and secluded area and many dog friendly hiking trails nearby. "

"To sum it up. The owners were absolutely the most accommodating pepole i encountered To add to that. The view is absolutely life changing. To wake up with mountains at your feet is insane. The fire pit. Yes. Cmon. Sunset with that view anddd a fire pit. Theres some great food at the Sports Inn and they were also clutch in our stayJust the combination of the view, the local trails, the food and the owners being the best. I mean the best ones ive ever seenThis was my favorite stay ever"
