The first thing my husband had to fix the lock, need a better couch, no paper towels, need bigger coffee filters, there were no garbage bags, the air fresheners were empty, there were nails in the floor my husband had to hammer back down but other than that it was clean.

Mathew was an awesome host, everything was perfect, comfortable, cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet at night time. I would definitely recommend another person to stay at the same rental as i stayed at.

Roach and Ants and Strong Smells

The place itself was cute and the neighborhood was quiet, is the best I can say about our stay. Upon arrival there was no hot water. We contacted our host and was told about the hot-water switch by the sink. Not long after there was a knock on the door and it was the host, I guess to check on us? It felt invasive, but since she was there and we'd found a roach on the bed we told her about that. Her response was rather dismissive, telling us to contact the park manager ourselves if we found any more. We also asked for more towels but she said that's all we get for our 3-night stay. Later that day and for the rest of our stay we had problems with ants in the kitchen so we couldn't put food on the counter. The fridge was missing the bars that hold food in the door, and the shelves were too short so food would fall off if put too far in toward the back. The microwave and some kitchen supplies were not clean. The place smelled very musty, even with the overpowering scents they had plugged into various outlets. The sliding door to the bedroom was difficult to close. Others used our parking spots as overflow parking. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
