Downstairs features an inviting living room, expansive and well-stocked kitchen, dining for 12, primary bedroom with ensuite bath, separate office, laundry, and half bath. The light-filled upper level features an extra large common space with couches, TV, a game table, a walk-out deck, and 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 large full baths.

•Office with French doors, with ultra-wide 30” monitor for work and entertainment
•High-speed internet. 70” web-enabled smart TV in the living room. Connect any TV to your favorite streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
•Upstairs deck for viewing pelicans and spotting dolphins
•Spacious bedrooms make it easy to wind down and get comfortable, with high-quality mattresses, comfortable bedding and pillows

ACTIVITIES:
•Rent or bring your boat and tie it up to the dock, or use the boat lift for boats up to 6,000 lbs
•Fish cleaning station plus water and power at the dock
•Fish off the dock or try the crab pots
•Two kayaks (more can be rented nearby), two bikes, yard games
•Private kayak launch with a gradual incline that's perfect for little ones to stroll in the sliver of sand and explore the water
•Cook up your catch on the gas grill outside or the 5-burner range inside
•Sip cocktails while watching spectacular sunsets over the sound
•Gather with friends in the evening. A local restaurant is just a few doors down, or stay in and cook - the kitchen seats 12 •Then head to the large back deck to star gaze or to the living room for board games, movies or music
•No boat, no problem! Ferry to Cape Lookout Lighthouse to explore the old town, swim ocean waves, or picnic on the sound side
•Stop at Shackleford to look for wild horses and take advantage of an incredible spot for collecting seashells

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
