Absolutely amazing situation. Both lounge and terrace wonderful views.Well equipped and comfortable apartment.Minor complaint , cutlery needed a good clean.Very nice of Dianne and Doug to pop in to meet us.Would definitely stay again if returning to Lanzarote.

L'année s'est faite facilement. Nous avons échangé facilement avec le propriétaire pour avoir quelques précisions sur l'emplacement de la boîte à clef. L'appartement est très bien équipé aux deux étages et il est grand pour 5.La terrasse est incroyable et l'emplacement à Punta Mujeres est très très agréable car le village est petit.

Fabulous views

Wonderful views from the private roof terrace. The apartment was very large and great furnishings. A wonderful selection of books also. Highly recommended. Very good restaurants in the area and a couple of bars. Listening to the sea crashing on the rocks outside was a bonus. Roof terrace kitchen a great addition.

Sarebbe stupendo

La posizione, la vista, la suddivisione degli spazi, l'ampia disponibilitá di utensili per la cucina e soprattutto la meravigliosa terrazza renderebbero questo alloggio davvero perfetto. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato anche delle difficoltà: la pulizia non era impeccabile, abbiamo dovuto fornirci di spugne nuove e detersivo per le superfici della cucina e del bagno. Le prese dell'elettricità funzionavano solo in parte e il mobilio del terrazzo, forse a causa del sole era in parte rotto. Inoltre i letti di entrambe le stanze non sono stati per noi comodi. Con una piccola manutenzione questo appartamento diventerà un alloggio stupendo.

Christmas Holiday

The location of the apartment was superb, with amazing views from the roof and the apartment itself. It was next to the natural sea bathing pools and 30 minutes walk from the beach at Arrietta - just what we wanted. The apartment itself was a good size, the bed comfortable and the main bathroom was good and the seating area excellent (I didnt understand how to operate the TV, but I never can). The only reason it isnt a 5 star is that it just needed a good clean - the surfaces and cupboards were very sticky and plates etc not very clean. It also needs just a little bit of maintenance tlc - nothing dramatic eg. door handle on roof door is loose. It was probably just an end of season thing. Anyway, we loved our stay there and would definitely stay again. Hopefully soon.

Wer gerne entspannen möchte ohne Touristentrubel und das Meer liebt mit allen Fazetten ist hier rich

Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten. Wir kochen gerne . Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik ist ein Traum. Wir brauchten kein Fernsehen, kein Radio, nur das Rauschen der Wellen. Diana und Douglas haben uns jeden Wusch erfüllt Nochmals danke! Wir kommen wieder. See you again!

Schönes Apartment in angenehmem Ort

Die Dachterrasse mit dem Atlantik-Blick ist wirklich toll - und im Rest der Wohnung kann man es ebenfalls gut aushalten. Punta Mujeres hat den Vorteil, dass es kein Touristenghetto ist, sondern ein Ort, der vom Leben der Einheimischen geprägt ist. Gut essen kann man vor Ort und noch mehr nebenan in Arrieta - ich würde das Apartment sofort noch einmal buchen.

Beautiful spot

Casa Neptuno is a beautiful spot in the quieter and more authentic Lanzarotean small town, Punta Mujeres. A lovely first floor Appartment with everything you need, but the jewel in the crown is the roof terrace overlooking the sea. Also easy access on foot down to the sea or the sea pools, and a coastal path along to Jameos Del Agua. Extremely helpful hosts going out their way to make our stay seamless. Thank you so much!

Das Apartment liegt toll, hat aber sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wir hatten eine umfangreiche Liste mit Anweisungen erhalten die wir befolgen sollten und freuten uns auf ein gepflegtes Apartment. Allerdings war schon die Treppe zum ersten Stock eine Zumutung. Es stank und die Stufen waren durchgehend mit Insektenpulver bestreut. Das Apartment war in keiner Weise vorbereitet und sehr schmutzig. Das betraf auch die Betten. Die Küche auf der Ebene der Terrasse war in einem Zustand, dass man sie ohne Grundreinigung nicht hätte benutzen können, die Beschaffenheit der Sitzkissen für die Terrassenmöbel möchte ich gar nicht mehr schildern. Die Terrasse hat keinerlei Sonnenschutz. Anders als die Bilder suggerieren, schaut man zunächst auf die Terrasse des Hauses - und deren Bewohner - welches unmittelbar vor dem Apartment liegen. Ich hatte dies auch dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Die Antwort lautete: „That is not true Alexander. We cleaned the apartment only 4 days ago. Why are you saying this?“ Wir haben daraufhin das Apartment verlassen und eine andere wirklich tolle Unterkunft in Punta Mujeres gefunden.

Relaxing stay in Punta Mujeres with stunning views

We have just returned from a wonderful week. The apartment has everything you need, with lots of space and in a perfect location overlooking the sea. The views from the lounge and the roof terrace are spectacular. If you are looking for a quiet week of relaxation, away from the crowds, this is the place to come. We loved it!

Our experience

A lovely apartment with the sea just yards away , which can be heard and viewed from the fabulous roof terrace, which gets the sun all day. Although we were in a lock down situation whilst we were there, it has only wetted our appetite to visit again and experience the local bars and restaurants. The proprietor s Di and Doug, are very friendly and approachable but not intrusive, and are a fountain of knowledge for the local area, It really did feel like home from home.

Wunderschöne Lage, geräumige Wohnung. Matratzen in einem Schlafzimmer zu kurz, im anderen zwei übereinander. Waschbecken in einem Bad schmutzig. Unsaubere Geschirr.

Great location

Good holiday with amazing views of the Atlantic. Brilliant Tapas and Supermercado near by. Very relaxing holiday. The property is very comfortable with views of the sunrise in the morning with breakfast and sunset from the roof terrace in the evening.

A gem of a find

Wow, what can I say We wanted to STOP for a week and recharge our batteries and that is exactly what happened. Set in a little Spanish village with fantastic views of the sea, a bottle of wine on the roof terrace reading and watching the slow gentle world go by, perfect. If you want nightlife and bars this is not for you, I think we heard three people speaking English all week, if you want a little bit of Spanish life and a relaxing time watching the sea then this is a gem of a property and we will definitely be going back the next time we need to stop.

Einmaliger Ausblick und Schwimmmöglichkeit direkt am Haus

Besonders genossen wir den wunderschönen Ausblick über den Atlantik direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus oder von der Dachterrasse (leider war es zu unserer Zeit sehr windig). Bei Flut konnte man sehr gut in der direkt unter dem Haus liegenden Felsenbucht schwimmen. Empfehlenswert auch die anderen Badeplätze entlang der Straße - besonders der öffentliche Badeplatz gegenüber dem kleinen Restaurant. Beim örtlichen Mini-Mercado kann man günstig einkaufen. Im benachbarten Arrieta befindet sich ein etwas größerer Supermarkt - schöner Spaziergang dahin. Arrieta bietet auch gute Schwimmmöglichkeiten. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel ist die Wohnung ebenfalls ideal. Die Wohnung selber ist geräumig und gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Vermisst haben wir lediglich Kleinigkeiten, wie eine Mikrowellenschale und einen funktionierenden Dosenöffner (alle drei waren stumpf).

Entspannung pur!

Anfang Februar haben mein Mann und ich eine Woche in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich der ideale Ort die gestresste Seelen, die die herrliche Weite und das Rauschen des Meeres geniessen wollen. Wir haben dort jeden Morgen bei aufgehender Sonne unser Frühstück genossen. Die Nähe zum Wasser ist einfach beeindruckend. Von der Ausstattung her, bietet die Wohnung alles, was man benötigt. Alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Interessant für die Leute zu wissen, die spät ankommen und es nicht mehr schaffen einzukaufen: Wir fanden die Basics für ein kleines Abendessen oder Frühstück vor (Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Frischkäse etwas Obst und Tomaten). Zunächst dachten wir die Sachen seien vergessen worden, aber sie waren alle frisch und nicht angebrochen und darum wahrscheinlich für uns bestimmt. Die Einrichtung selbst ist schöner als auf den Fotos. Zum mehrfach beschriebenen weichen Bett (Wir haben das im "Hauptschlafzimmer" benutzt) kann ich nur sagen, dass wir jede Nacht tief und erholsam geschlafen haben. Genial fand ich, dass wir zwei Badezimmer zur Verfügung hatten. Überhaupt ist die Größe der Wohnung bemerkenswert. Der Ort selbst ist ein ruhiges, gewachsenes Dorf ohne große Hotels mit einigen netten Restaurants. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem Notwendigen ist auch vorhanden. Mehr Auswahl hat man allerdings im ebenfalls angenehm ruhigen Nachbardorf Arrieta. Einzig am Ankunftstag den Schlüssel aus dem kleinen im Türrahmen befindlichen Safe zu bekommen, war etwas schwierig. Für die Leute , die auch ungeschickte Finger haben, kann ich nur sagen: Einfach weiterprobieren. Das Ding geht bestimmt auf. Abschließend sei gesagt, dass die Woche viel zu schnell vorbei ging und wir die Wohnung in jedem Fall wieder buchen würden, wenn wir nochmal nach Lanzarote kommen.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil in authentischer Umgebung

Wunderschöne Lage in kleinem, typisch kanarischen Ort direkt am Meer mit super Ausblick. Sehr empfehlenswert mit Kindern. Größere können alleine in der kleinen Bucht baden, während die Eltern auf der Terrasse lesen. Es gibt neue Stühle an Deck :-) und viele Sitzkissen, die sich auch gut als Auflage für die Liegen eignen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist praktisch und ausreichend. Das Doppelbett erinnert ein wenig an Seegang, ist aber sehr bequem und passt zum Meeresrauschen. Und das Übernachten auf der Terrasse ist sowieso immer das Highlight. Im Ort ist nachmittags und abends immer etwas los, Fußball, Basketball, Boule,... Man trifft fast nur Einheimische und spanische Urlauber. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Zeit. Und durften auch Diana und Douglas kennen lernen.
