  • The 5 Palms Villa is situated in Haria, area of outstanding natural beauty. It is located in an elevated position on a hill at the end of a private drive overlooking the valley of the 1.000 palms. This villa ,and old family home ,has been recently refurbished by the owners to a high standard being the result a very comfortable airy and spacious 4 bedrooms house. Although set in the heart of the village,due to its privileged location on the hill this little gem is a haven of peace and tranquillity. Is an excellent base to exploring the area and the nearby mountains, touring, cycling and the beach is just 6 km away!

We really loved the villa especially in November the conservatory with fabulous views of Haria was so nice to enjoy. We loved exploring what the north of a Lanzarote had to offer. Pilar, the host was so friendly and always available by WhatsApp. We loved that you could hike from the front door up to the top of Famara cliff for fabulous views especially at sunset. Plus 3/4 local restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk was so easy! The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, lovely welcome goodies and well equip with everything you could need. The ideal place to stay in Lanzarote. Fantastic!

This place is amazing. Haria is a beautiful, relaxed village and the villa has to be one of the best spots within it. Well laid out with everything you need, comfortable and with superb views. The owner is brilliant if you need anything. An easy recommendation to others.

Perfect

We fell in love with this wonderful house - the hilltop position, the views, the tranquility. The sun filled large conservatory was our favourite place and the bedrooms and bathrooms (three!) were all amazing. Lovely, comfortable large bed for us.It could be a little chilly in the evenings and we made good use of the many heaters. A warm jumper would have been useful but I didn't pack one.Please note the pool is not heated.I cannot stress enough how amazing this fortnight was and Pilar is the perfect host.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette location et tout etait impeccable. Lits confortables, tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner et surtout la tranquillité du lieu. Dans la ville de Haria, restaurants et supermarchés. Et un très bon restaurant "la puerta verde". Très bonne communication avec Pilar la propriétaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le ménage et le changement de draps et serviettes au bout d une semaine. Nous avons passé d agréables vacances. Merci encore pour la petite attention à notre arrivée.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 2 1/2 Wochen hier verbracht und sind sehr glücklich mit der Wahl dieses Hauses als Feriendomizil. Es ist sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist toll und super gefallen hat uns auch der Wintergarten den man ganztägig nutzen konnte ohne, dass es zu heiß darin wurde. Und Abends konnte man noch lange bei angenehmen Temperaturen darin sitzen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll. Sehr ruhig und ein schöner Ausblick in den Ort und das Palmen-Tal. Man ist etwas weiter ab von den klassischen Urlaubsorten. Wir fühlen uns dort ohnehin nicht so wohl und daher war die Lage des Hauses ideal für uns. Zur Mitte unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Haus gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett, immer möglich und sie hat prompt reagiert. Wenn wir als Familie nochmal nach Lanzerote reisen kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Würden wir aktuell nicht wieder buchen.

Die Mikrowelle war defekt und wurde am übernächsten Tag ausgewechselt. Das Grundstück ist wenig bepflanzt ist und wirkt daher sehr steril. Gleich beim Öffnen des Hauses fiel uns der muffige, schimmelige Geruch auf. Am schlimmsten war der Geruch in den beiden hinteren Schlafzimmern. Diese waren sowohl feucht als auch kalt. Das Problem war sichtlich bekannt, da bei unserer Ankunft ein Luftentfeuchter in einem der Zimmer lief. Schlafen würden wir in diesen Zimmern nicht wollen. Im 3. Schlafzimmer im EG konnte man mit viel Lüften schlafen. Den Schrank in diesem Zimmer haben wir aber nicht verwendet, da es darin sehr stark muffelig roch. Das Schlafzimmer im OG war nach viel Lüften noch am besten zu nutzen. In den Küchenschränken war auch der Schimmel-Geruch zu vermerken, auch das komplette Geschirr roch unangenehm. In einem der Schränke fanden wir eine dicke Schicht Schimmel auf dem Geschirr. In einem anderen Schrank gab es Schimmel auf einer Reibe. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr wackelig und aus billigstem Kunststoff. Der recht kleine Sonnenschirm ließ sich im Ständer nicht mehr in der Höhe feststellen – war schon versucht worden zu „flicken“. Vermieterin hat den Schirm dann in einer Position fixiert. Die Ikea-Teller hatten starke Gebrauchsspuren. Das Besteck ist sehr einfach. In der Toilette im En-Suite Badezimmer im OG lief das Wasser dauerhaft. Das „Lounge-Möbel“ im Wintergarten hatte keine Rückenkissen mehr.

Très belle maison , très bien placée à côté de commerces et au calme. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La piscine est un plus mais n’ai pas intérieure car sans toit et ne chauffe donc pas plus qu’une piscine extérieure même si elle est abrité du vent. Ne comptait pas vous baigner en décembre ou pour uniquement pour les courageux😁. Pas de panique, la piscine ne manque pas car l’île est remplie de choses à faire.

Wir haben hier zwei wunderbar ruhige Wochen verbracht. Wer die Insel kennt, weiß, dass Haria im Norden, abseits der ganzen Ressorts, liegt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Costa Teguise ist in 30 Minuten und Puerto del Carmen in gut 40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Arrieta gibt es ein paar gut sortierte Läden, somit ist die Versorgung kein Problem. Das Haus bietet neben seiner ruhigen Lage eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf das Dorf. Der Wintergarten bietet die Möglichkeit, abends bis spät in die Nacht bei einem guten Glas Wein zu entspannen. Das gesamte Haus war sauber und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lange haben wir keine Ferienhausküche erlebt, die für so gut wie alles gerüstet war. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin verlief problemlos auf Englisch und Spanisch. Der Pool ist windgeschützt und reicht aus, um sich abzukühlen. Wie bereits geschrieben, haben wir zwei perfekte Wochen hier verbracht und werden deshalb sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sein.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. Pilar was an excellent host and was really helpful with all out questions. The villa is perfect with a fantastic pool and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Haria is lovely town with good food and bars without being noisy.I would return tomorrow if I could.

Très belle situation de la maison, dans un village typique

Maison très agréable, grande, lumineuse et calme, et qui par son emplacement permet de nombreuses excursions et découvertes. Nous aurions apprécié rencontrer une personne en arrivant, ou au minimum une notice d'utilisation en arrivant (ex. gestion des poubelles) Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue bien apprécié. Nous avons séjourné à 6 adultes et 2 enfants, et c'est le point faible car le matériel de cuisine était peu adapté à ce nombre (poubelle petite et sans tri), poêles petites, manque de saladier et d'essoreuse à salade, ...) Le descriptif était conforme à l'annonce, sauf pour le barbecue manquant. Dès le lendemain, la propriétaire nous en a fait livrer un (mais très, très petit (!) : 50 cm de hauteur ... et tout à fait insuffisant pour 8 personnes.

Maison parfaite pour découvrir l'île de Lanzarote

Famille de 6 personnes, nous avons trouvé cette maison idéale pour visiter l'île. Située dans un joli village au coeur de "la vallée des 10.000 palmiers", disposant elle-même d'une très belle vue, la maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, dans un environnement très calme. La situation est très pratique pour rayonner et visiter les différents sites. Notre hôtesse, Haria, a été très disponible pour nous pendant le séjour et nous avons eu un contact très sympa avec elle - bien que nous ne l'ayons pas vue en chair et en os, crise sanitaire oblige. Le cadeau de bienvenue - en particulier le très bon vin de Lanzarote - a été très apprécié, merci Haria !

Très confortable et super tranquille !

Nous avons adoré séjourné dans cette maison. Pas du tout l'impression d'être dans un logement de vacances mais bien d'être dans une très agréable maison ! Grand terrain, très belle vue, grandes pièces, lits confortables, cuisine très bien équipée, véranda très appréciable (surtout en hiver), piscine qui doit être super à la mi-saison et en été, propreté du tout digne d'un 5 étoiles, ... Et le tout est très fonctionnel. La propriétaire, Pilar, a été aux petits soins pour nous du moment de notre réservation jusqu'à notre départ... Et même après ! Elle est très très sympa et très réactive quand on a besoin d'elle. Bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander chaudement cette villa ! Olivier, Sudani, Wayan, Madé

Lovely property to get away from the crowds

We loved the property, with it's relatively high position, giving good views - both over the town and up to the hills. We found we used the conservatory a lot - spending most evenings there and enjoying the view of the lights of the town. We catered for ourselves mainly, and the kitchen was well equipped, making this easy. Haria was special - generally very quiet, but with pretty good facilities. We visited a couple of the local restaurants recommended by Pilar and enjoyed the food there. There were good cakes in the bakery part of the Mercado municipal. The market on Saturday was vibrant but not overcrowded - and without the "tat" that the Teguise market also has. This was mainly a walking holiday for us and Haria is perfectly placed for this, with several good walks possible direct from the house. By leaving a car in Teguise for the return we were able to undertake a linear walk there from Haria via the the Barranco del Malpaso and the old ridge top road. Overall I think this was the best property that we have stayed in over a number of years of visiting Lanzarote. Thank you Pilar!

Zufriedenheit

Objekt sehr geräumig. Sauber, Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleinen Grill und Kinderbett auf Wunsch sofort gebracht. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Sehr ruhige Lage, großzügiger Freiraum rund ums Haus. Der geräumige Wintergarten wurde fast ständig von uns benutzt. Im November sind hier die Temperaturen 2-3 Grad kälter als an der Küste, es stehen aber Elektroheizkörper zur Verfügung, diese wurden von uns aber nur am 1. Tag benötigt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Empfehlenswsert.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus - eher eine Villa - wegen des Wintergartens, seiner etwas erhöhten Lage und des freien Ausblicks auf die Berge und Palmen von Haria gemietet. Es ist sehr geplegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns ausführlich über die schönsten Wanderungen im Norden derInsel beraten. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Lanzarote gerne wieder!

Espace, propreté, calme, position centrale, vue

Passé le muret d'enceinte, il est possible d'y parquer une dizaine de voitures, toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, la grande véranda est un pièce à vivre bien agréable. L'ensemble est propre et calme. Le seul bruit est le chant des tourterelles, au loin, le matin. Cette maison est située un peu en hauteur, mais à seulement 300/400 mètres du centre du village et du marché municipal. De la véranda, la vue sur les restes de vieux volcans est superbe.
