"Bird Baldwin Forsyth House was well equipped for our stay. Parking on site, comfortable bed, large suite were all great. What they don't tell you also matters. There is no pool on the property, the pool is a 30 minute drive away on Tybee Island. There is no parking nor towels at the pool. This is not disclosed until after you book and pay. Totally misleading description. While the property is situated close to the river front it is also on Liberty Street which is busy 24 hours a day. Not a...

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The hosts were exceptional communicators, flexible and from check in to check out was spelled out and super simple. The home was very clean, well decorated and felt like home away from home. There were sufficient linens and even extras (beach towels, after sun care, etc). The beds were comfy. We felt very safe and were always able to find a parking spot on the road out front (it's easy to obtain a multi day parking pass). We were concerned about safety booking sight unseen but you need not worry! The pictures do not do this place justice. It was so quaint and perfectly decorated, well stocked and immaculate. "This pet-friendly property was located in a nice area near quaint shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. Property was just as described with all the amenities you could want. It was squeaky clean and bright and questions to host were answered promptly! I highly recommend this property."

"The property was really nice and well stocked. The only issue was the 17 stairs that were straight up, I have stairs at home but nothing like these. The stairs are impossible to navigate for older or overweight people. My sister was unable to see the upstairs due to knee issues. We loved the screened in back porch and the location was great. The check in was horrible, vrbo emailed us the wrong entry code with no response when trying to reach them."
