Home was beautiful and even more spectacular in person. Very well stocked with everything you may have forgotten and things that make the stay much more comfortable. However, upon arrival the hot tub was 63 degrees. We chose this home for that amenity. Hosts were immediately available to speak about our frustrations but the explanation fell short of the expectation. Host told us within 4 hours the hot tub would be hot. It took a full 24 hours to reach 96 degrees. The excuse was the tub was dirty by the previous renters and a full water change was necessary. Acceptable answer with the exception that the tub should have been filled with hot water from the on demand water heater and at least warm when the new guests had arrived. Overall a great stay and would encourage the hosts to use the appliances as intended. One small minor note also, we could have used the fire wood that was noted to be supplied but we couldn’t find any around the home.
