"This property was advertised as a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE , DEN BEDROOM, ONE BATH. BEAUTIFUL DECK WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS.
on the Day we were to arrive i received a text that there was no deck it had to be repaired because of leak.
That we will receive 75.00 refund.
on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room.

They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment.
