While we knew there would be parking on the street we did not know that we could not pack on the street on Sunday morning, due to a parade in the area. "Absolutely horrible experience renting from this company. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse in Long Beach and instead arrived to a unit in serious disrepair. One bedroom was rendered unusable due to a leaking roof that flooded the room, bathroom doors would not close (eliminating privacy), and there were visible holes in the walls.Maintenance was outsourced and issues were not resolved in a timely or effective manner.
